I have a mixed opinion here. Mobile orders really only work with KFC- cant find taco bell on the taco bell app. And not sure if its a short-staff issue or overly complicated food, but it feels like it took 20 minutes to get my order last time (and I put in a Mobile order and showed up 15 minutes later)

Nah bro, lettuce was slimy. Crunch wrap wasn’t crunchy it was soggy. Hard shell taco was wet and falling through the bottom
The outside smelled strongly of garbage, which thankfully was not the case indoors. The inside of the restaurant was very clean. I did get a french fry that had potato rot in it, but bringing it up to the counter had the issue resolved quickly for me with a new batch of fresh, hot fries. The service was very good and I appreciated the patience of the cashier in letting us know about the sauces and combos.
