“This is REAL MEXICAN FOOD and that alone makes me happy enough to give five stars. I only had tostadas de tinga this time, but they were EXCELLENT — the tostadas were fresh-fried, not out of a package, the lettuce and tomato were crispy fresh even at the end of the day, the salsas were delicious, and the tinga was heaven.I’ll come back and update my review when I try more things!“

“Just left there for the second time this week! The staff are amazing!! The young Lady working in the drive thru Damasse, is always very pleasant and bubbly!! It’s not often I have a really great experience at fast food spots because people are always rushing, however Damasse was very friendly, patient and quick with my order!!“

“Went for a little birthday brunch last weekend, and will absolutely be back. The cocktails were fun, unique, and super tasty. The food was pretty awesome, loved the crab tostada and the potato side was sooo tasty. I got the birria benedict, which was on blue corn sopes. I will say the sope could use some work, it's one of my favorite Mexican dishes and this one was a bit flat/gritty compared to some I've had, but still absolutely loved the place and will be back!“

“Our first visit to La Ingrata and we had a wonderful experience. Co-owner Karla talked us through the menu and provided great service and conversation throughout the meal. I opted for a special of the day - pork pieces with skin still attached cooked in an amazing salsa verde, served with warm house-made tortillas, rice, and beans. So delicious eaten taco-style with a just-right hot sauce. My wife had a shrimp dish in mildly spicy tomato sauce and side salad, also delicious. We started with the house-made guacamole which was outstanding, along with fresh in-house tortilla chips. BYOB meant we enjoyed the meal with our own beers. Outstanding food, friendly service, a chance to taste some new dishes and a Mexico City-style of cooking, and affordable prices - we'll definitely be back!“

“I've been meaning to try this place for so long and saw that they were recently put on GrubHub so tried them for lunch today. I got the San Jose beef barbacoa burrito. It was excellent. “I’ve been hearing about this place all over social media and friends and family and finally today I came in for the first time and let me tell you something I was not disappointed at all. Food was so delicious the service the waitress at the door. Everybody was so friendly and the food was so delicious, I really recommend this place. I give them five stars all hands down.“

“This is one of those rare places that got everything right. The service was amazing, and the food was delicious. We started with guac and chips. We got 2 sauces that came with the complementary chips. One was green, and one was a cream based sauce. Both were really good and spicy. Guacamole was great with fresh chilies on top. Chips were fresh. For the main entree, I ordered vegetable fajitas, which came steaming hot to the table and was mouthwatering. My sister got vegetable enchiladas with Verde sauce. She said it was great with a kick to it. Both of the orders came with a side of rice and beans. Vegetable fajitas also came with a choice of soup or salad. I got the tortilla soup. We both ordered horchatas. They were cold and sweet with a hint of cinnamon. Delicious. The portions were a good size. If you are in the area or even if you aren't, def check this place out. 10/10.“

“The food was excellent and just what I was in the mood for. We got the special (a carne asada burrito), chicken enchiladas, and chips and salsa.We are visiting from out of town and brought our kids with us. The waitress initially acted like she had never seen a child before ? I understand that they do a big bar business, but it was before 5pm and it was honestly comical how surprised they seemed by children. The staff recovered quickly however and we had a very nice meal. “Great casual option with a large and varied menu that has something for everyone! We kept it simple and shared chips and guac, and each had an entree (quesadilla and burrito). All the food was good, but nothing struck us as a must recommend either. The restaurant has a lot of customers collecting take out and was full on a Friday night, so the servers were kept busy. It took us a little bit to get our order in, but once it was food was fast. It was also 6pm on a Friday though! We loved the decorations and ambiance. It looks like they have limited outside seating as well for nicer weather. It is BYO, and what I wish we realized in advance is if you bring liquor you can mix it into cocktails! I think they even made margaritas for the table next to us with their tequila bottle. Definitely looking to try that next time!“

“We finally made it to Burrito Mix for a little lunch date. It was unbelievable! Brian got the Carne Asada lunch special and I got the steak tacos on flour tortillas. They were so good, but I had to give one taco to Brian. They were stuffed with deliciousness! The server was sweet and the food came out fast! “We just used La Cita catering for my husband’s 50th birthday party that we hosted at our home. Our event was for about 30 people. We ordered taco platters, enchiladas, rice and beans and guacamole. Everything was delicious! I worked with Olivia on the order and the process was easy, the price was reasonable and everything was packed up beautifully in trays to bringing home and drop over chafing dishes and sternos.We always have enjoyed dining at La Cita and getting take out, but now we add to the list using them for catering!“

The minute you enter you are draped in the wonderful aromas of true Mexican food. I just knew we would love whatever we ordered! There was non-stop take-out & deliveries. I pretty much closed my eyes & pointed to something. I could have been happy with a number of items but I was delighted with my. Beef & chorizo tacos. I ordered a cemita de milanesa de res and it was delicious ???? just as I remembered them on my visits to Puebla, the portion is huge ?, It only takes 2 servings, also pot coffee, that one lacked flavor. Ordered to go two sets of street tacos (Al pastor, birria, and steak) with flour tortillas and corn tortillas, a steak burrito, and churros. Everything was fresh and delicious! The burrito came with fries and the tacos came with fresh limes and cucumbers. They included napkins, cutlery, extra sauces, and complimentary chips and salsa at no extra charge. This will be my new regular spot for tacos and more! I can't wait to try more items on the menu.“

“Randomly stumbled upon this restaurant and decided to order lunch to go. Didn't really expect much since I've never heard of the place before. But I got the Al pastor taco and was shocked at how delicious it was! An order of 3 tacos was $12 and the tacos were pretty big and filling. The manager is positive and friendly, there's a woman who addresses customers in Spanish and I find it to be great for building rapport, and a young girl who kind and is great at finishing up orders when ringing you up. “This is more or less a family run cafe. It’s not much to look at, but perfect. The service was amazing. They changed the TV to cartoons for the kids when we arrived. All three of us loved our meals, which rarely happens. The food tasted like home cooking rather than that generic American “Mexican” flavor so common in other restaurants. The prices couldn’t beat. I will totally go again and I can be pretty critical of restaurants.“

The service was great - Gabriela is very attentive and provided great recommendations. Outside ambiance was great - indoors not so much a little small but if you're lucky enough to sit outside (seats are limited) - there's a nice breeze later in the day. Everything that I've gotten had been excellent but I usually get the same Plain Nachos, 3 - 4 Tamalees and to end with a choco-flan (flan with chocolate cake on top!)... Can't go wrong with these. We went with some friends who got non-vegan food from the other vendors which they said was good. The only thing that's super weird is that everything is served on paper plates. “Mill Street Cantina is located on the Main Street in Bristol. The space is a bit small, but my party was able to be sat right away. Chips and salsa were on the table immediately!
