“The food and environment is excellent. The menu is full of delicious options and I’m sure everything is stellar. We had the grilled octopus, halloumi, honey salmon, branzino, lamb youvetsi, and braised beef cubes over orzo. The pita and olive oil served for appetizers are also to die for. We went for my mother’s birthday and they treated us incredibly well. Service is fantastic and the waiters were quite attentive. The owner Eric came out to check on the guests and was patient and glad to hear we enjoyed our meal. Reservations recommended and would definitely visit again when in town.“
“My parents found Pine Tavern to be their new regular spot for the past few years. I’m blown away by the variety of food they have and they’re sure to have something for everyone. We’ve never had a bad experience or bad food here and highly recommend the paella, pappardella and the cuts of meat are excellent. “As soon as I walked in I knew that this place was good. The owner made me try all his soups cause I told him it was my first time there. They were all excellent. Couldn’t decide. ? “I’m from New York I was working in south freehold New Jersey and went to Pat Ds for lunch with a few of my co workers and I have to say I felt right back home in how fantastic the pizza was with absolutely no flop at all and huge slices… the vodka slice was maybe top 3 vodka slices I had and that’s coming from a guy who has had the best vodka slices around New York City… this is my first review and I wouldn’t have wrote this review if I didn’t feel like they fully deserved it trust me if you live in central Jersey make your way to this place and I guarantee you will be writing a review next… Pat D’s I can’t wait to be working out there again to make sure I come for lunch….“

“Mr. Pizza Man Mike is an all around amazing person with a really big and kind heart. He was extremely gentle, patience and so giving with our group of homeschooling children. He taught them to make their very own pizza from scratch ( something they will forever talk about) me being an adult just to experience first hand how he is with the children was TRULY amazing !!! The pizza and all the food is made with love. We need more people around like Mr. PIZZA MAN MIKE. “This was our first time there. The place is nice and so was the staff. Our waitress was very good. They give you hot bread when you sit down. I had spaghetti and meatballs. “Do you ever taste something and wonder how you ever lived without it? That's exactly how I feel about Playa Bowl it's so delectable. I don't like chocolate so finding a snack to satisfy my tastebuds isn't easy but Playa has so many options and is so amazing in flavor. The menu is huge and you can easily order the items on the menu as is or feel free to remove items on any bowl and just as substitute with many other items. It's a really popular spot so you might want to order online and don't fret if your bowl is ready before you arrive the staff will always place it inside the mini refrigerator. The staff handles the droves of customers with ease and work well together juggling online orders and in person patrons. The store has a very nautical feel to it you have the feeling of being at a dock or the beach. They also sell t-shirts, sweatshirts, tanks, tumblers for beverages, baseball caps, and joggers just to name a few all with the company logo. If you don't want a bowl feel free to order a fruit blended drink.....the best treat to indulge in can be found at Playa Bowl.“
“I saw this place and stopped in. It was very clean and had a good parking lot size. The restaurant inside is rather cozy and the pizza was fantastic! I ordered I think a shrimp scampi slice and it was really big and very filling. I would definitely go back here again, the people were also very nice.Parking: They have at least 10 spots in the front shared with a barber shop and a ravioli place, and then tons more parking in the back.“

The salmon roll was very creative and tasty - a bit messy to eat but I would recommend trying it. We’ve had better chicken and waffles elsewhere. I would’ve preferred the waffles to be crispier on the outside (it’s more like a thick waffle shaped pancake) and the chicken was almost over-fried. I’d say it’s a nice place for a brunch or lunch date.“
