From the time my order is taken (usually by Crystal , who is always very pleasant and goes above and beyond) at the window to the time that I pick up my order, It's always a smooth fast and efficient process. In addition, the food is always tasty and fresh, which is why I visit frequently. The staff is cordial and the manager (Calyx) provided me with excellent customer service when I needed assistance with a coupon that I had for my order. Whenever I've encountered her at the window, she's been wonderful. Its just, overall a great experience. I always feel like a valued customer. “We come here often, almost every Friday after my daughter goes to karate and they have great products but I have had some issues. It seemed great for the first few visits. My daughter loves their mango strawberry smoothie. But lately, I found a peice of plastic in my smoothie the one time and my daughter got sick after drinking one of their smoothies last night, try at your own risk!“

“Gai Chicken is a mixed bag for me. Their wings are hands-down the best in town - crispy, flavorful, and addictive! However, I've been disappointed multiple times by their consistent lack of roasted chicken. It's a staple menu item, but somehow always 'unavailable'.

Why tease us with an option you can't deliver? Despite this frustration, their wing game is strong enough to keep me coming back. Improve your inventory management, Gai Chicken, and you'll easily earn that 5th star!

“Never a bad experience at this chick fil a even if they get my order wrong. Which is like 1 in a million yknow? The staff looks very young and you would think this generation would be negligent of the labor they put out but these kids do their best and it really shows. I wonder if thats why the food tastes twice as good.

Vegetarian options: They happen to have a veggie wrap available. And you can have the salads without their chicken egg or bacon at your discretion. They also have fruitcups available. So if you really think about it theres at least one VEGAN meal possible here and that speaks! Still waiting on a fried chicken sandwich substitute. I bet they could do that really well.

Dietary restrictions: They are very good with caring for my gluten allergy. I watched my order taker ask their leaders to change their gloves. They also go the extra mile and write it on the order itself so the kitchen gets it too i think. Never had a problem here.

Parking: They share a parking lot with the diner next to them. It can often get so packed even their curbsides can get congested.

Kid-friendliness: Every other day i see them have some sort of activity for children and their families. This place is all about em!

Wheelchair accessibility: Automatic door sensors for weelchairs. Ramps available for that as well. And their tables are spaced in a way for this as well.“

“I've always felt like I'm coming home when entering just about every Chick-fil-A spot just like this one. It has much to do with my traditional way of thinking. I know that I'm in comfortable environments. Too many places these days are used as pick-up spots for people who practice a particular sick lifestyle. “I would more accurately rate this spot a 3.5 stars for FOOD. While the food was flavorful and tasty it was lacking in size. It didn't really hit me until I snapped a picture of the chicken finger next to a Louisiana hot sauce packet for reference, and it was barely much bigger. I felt cheated. Since when were chicken fingers so small! Other than that, service was a 5 and atmosphere was a 5 and well deserved. They were extremely friendly and even checked in with me on the floor to ask how everything was, and the staff removed my trash for me and I was impressed by that. Their drive through is set up almost exactly like a Chick-fil-A which seems to work out really well. They don't have much a diverse menu aside from the chicken tenders and fries, they only have a chicken sandwich which comes with lettuce no option for any other toppings such as onions or tomatoes but what they have seems to be decent (Portion size aside) Overall, I would come back but let's just say I had higher expectations and I won't be bragging about Canes anytime soon. That's my take.“

“I stopped in today to purchase something for breakfast and was greeted by a young lady with a great big smile and her name was, oh God I hope I'm spelling it correctly, Haley. I joked with her and asked for several sandwiches made by a competitor of yours and she paused and started to laugh. That made me laugh too and it was so nice, with things in this world so crazy, to enjoy alittle peace through giggles. I just wanted to say that Hayley was terrific and while I was waiting for my meal to be completed we talked about her job, which I can see she enjoys working at chick-fil-la, my job, her schooling and just some great conversation. I can see she is an asset to your store and chick-fil-la and I just wanted to say thank you to Hayley and Chick-fil-la for making my day alittle bit more Blessed. “Sharla is the sweetest person. We mentioned that we had stopped in for lunch while waiting for my husband to get his chemotherapy treatment across the street at Penn. She carried the tray for us, she kept making sure that he was okay and even followed us outside when we were leaving to wish him well and offer words of encouragement. That truly was a bright part of our day. We will remember that each and every time we go to the Penn building.

Last year they stopped supporting the curbside pickup. At the time, I was told they had several employees leave for school, but it is months later and still not an option on the app. Real shame. It was a great time saver.,“

“I think the hype inflated my expectations because I thought Raising Cane's was good, but not the life changing experience people talk about. The chicken fingers were spectacular, but I was underwhelmed by the sauce and fries. Great sweet tea as well. I'll come back to try the fingers with BBQ sauce.“
