“Checking out my new neighborhood and came across this Thai restaurant when I was getting my hair done next door. The restaurant is super cute with cute bamboo lamps. The server came out quickly to order my food and food came out very fast. I ordered the shrimp satay and the Thai Basil Chicken. Disclaimer, the shrimp satay was delicious but came out with the shell and tail on and the shell was hard to take off but the sauce on the shell was delicious. It came with a mint sauce that was tasty too. The Thai Basil chicken was also delicious - there was some part of my dish that was cold while the other parts were hot - not sure why. But the food was tasty. I wish I got to try other things like the pad Thai, but I will be back!“
“Hidden gem in south Jersey. The restaurant is tucked in a small shopping strip. The outside is very unassuming but the food is very good. We ordered duck, pineapple fried rice, cury dishes snd and they were all very good. The prices were right. Will visit again .“
“My family and I recently discovered this place and now we are OBSESSED! The food is amazing, the workers are super friendly, personable, and sweet, and we are never disappointed with the quality of service. They always accommodate our requests (ex. my mom always wants extra veggies with her drunken noodles) and make amazing suggestions depending on what type of meal you're looking for (ex. I asked for something similar to Pad Kra Pao and was recommend the Grapow Kaidow--it was amazing btw). They're also very meticulous and ensure that your order is exactly as you want it. Because of that, our orders are never wrong, and we never worry about items missing. Also, this place definitely knows how to do spice!! My bf is Thai and he and his mom cook authentic (and very spicy) Thai food, so I'm used to my meals being on the hotter side. I love the spice scale at BK Brunch and appreciate that the levels are actually accurate.I can't recommend this place enough!! At this point I come at least once if not twice a week because the food is just so good. Definitely recommend the drunken noodles, Thai basil, and grapow kaidow.Side note: my favorite bubble tea flavor is honeydew, and for some reason it's really hard to find at other boba places in south Jersey. But BK Brunch has it and it's SO GOOD. I'm so glad this place exists and I really wish all the best for them!!“
“Well, this was quite a find. A must try for Thai lovers. Brand new place. We tried three duck dishes (pinapple, ginger, soup), tofu pad thai, and peanut chicken, all delicious and found in gorgeous ceremic plates. Service was impeccably attentive.“
“It’s decent. Ordered based off of previous reviews but it’s decent, not bad…just okay I would not return. Order their ‘Chinese’ food for lunch, 3 lunches. Kung Lao was pale and without spice, which was unusual but it wasn’t bad just different.Sesame chicken is breast meat but was dry in my opinion…But try for yourself! You may enjoy it, for the price I’m not disappointed. Like I said decent.*disclaimer: I have a well-traveled palate“
“I ordered the drunken noodles with tofu. The tofu could have used a little marinating before cooking but the flavor of the drunken noodles was dynamite with just a hint of spice! I also ordered the crabmeat fried rice...I was a little skeptical about this order as I don't like a lot of seafood but the flavor was absolutely delicious! I also ordered the calamari which was enjoyable as well. I appreciated the well plated presentationof the dishes. The servers were very pleasant and accommodating as well as attentive! I will definitely be back! The bathroom was very clean. I gave this 4 stars only because the tile ceiling in the dining area had stained tiles right in the middle of the serving area... Something that I would prefer not to have right where I'm eating. This may not even be there fault if they are renting the spot... But this is an easy fix. Otherwise I would have given them 5 stars.“
“Bhan Thai continues to impress with its cozy and comfortable atmosphere, although the recent relocation within the same mall area has led to a larger space that feels somewhat less intimate, but still pleasant. As a frequent visitor, albeit not an expert in Thai cuisine, I remain a big fan of their duck dishes, especially the crispy yet succulent duck, which is consistently well-prepared and never dry.During my latest visit, I ventured to try the Pad Thai with imitation duck. The dish struck a perfect balance in its spice levels, satisfying my palate without being overwhelming. The quality and taste of the food have commendably remained consistent over my visits.A notable highlight was the butternut squash soup. Served piping hot, its creamy texture and the harmonious blend of carrots, butternut squash, celery, and black pepper created a delightful culinary experience. However, it's worth noting for vegans that this soup does contain cream. The restaurant's take-out service also seems to be popular among customers, adding to its appeal. Whether you're dining alone or with a group of six, the accommodating and friendly service enhances the overall experience.Bhan Thai remains a solid choice for Thai cuisine enthusiasts, maintaining a strong 4-star rating out of 5 in my book. It's definitely worth a visit if you find yourself in the area.“
“This restaurant packs a punch for its size. The food is incredibly tasty. The cost of a meal ranges between 12-15 dollars. The owners are amazing and it's a small business. Local support for this restaurant is high. I highly recommend this place. Believe it or not it's my top 3 thai restaurant that I have been to. The service was amazing and you can't beat the prices for the quality of food. Incredibly delicious.“
“Located on the main route through Moorestown it was a very nice space to enter and be greeted with wonderful aromas. Started with the Chinese pizza. It was a type of flat pancake with very delicious sesame seeds and scallions. The dipping sauce was and another burst of flavor. The Orange beef was very good. The meat was tender and an explosion of flavor. The ingredients seemed very fresh. The Bean curd with Szechuan sauce was very excellent. The veggies were crisp and the sauce was a good proportion to the rest of the dish. The owners were very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Also it seemed that many people ordered out from there. When you are in Moorestown, be sure to stop by.“
“Love the Mei Fun - must try if you haven't! I always add some soy sauce and some it up, but that's a personal preference. Reheats well the next day.Vegetarian options: AvailableKid-friendliness: Daughter loves the lo meinParking: Front“
“First time ordering from Bangkok City! I had the crispy duck in a basil red curry sauce. Back story, I use to live in center city and use to get this dish at Erawan in Philly. When I moved to Jersey it’s been difficult to find a Thai restaurant not alone my favorite Thai dish. The couple places I tried didn’t measure up to Erawan and was a disappointment. I am pleased to say that I finally found my duck! A 25 minute drive but well worth the trip! Also great customer service was a plus!“
“Why do Thia restaurants always claim Japanese fist in their name? I learned much conversational Japanese while training with Hikaru Nakamur and am almost certain no one here speaks it. I notice the same thing with Pakistani restaurants, they always put Indian in their name first.“
“Asian Bamboo is our favorite Chinese restaurant. The food is always cooked perfectly & tastes delicious. The customer service is amazing as well! We forgot to ask for one of the items to be prepared a certain way when we placed a recent take out order. We called them to ask if it was too late to get our item changed. They were gracious & understanding. They prepared our item just as we asked and it was super yummy!“
“I can't recommend Jay's enough! The food is consistently great and they have a lot of options, especially if you have dietary restrictions. The owners are friendly and remember your order. This is the only place I will go to for Asian cuisine in South Jersey. Definitely worth it!“
“Server had a bit of an attitude, which is my sign that the food will be good. ? (And the food was good! I actually just think the server was hangry lol.) Anyway, drunken noodle was official although if you want it extra spicy, I think you'd have to really emphasize since they are catering to a particular crowd/more sensitive palettes. We were able to do the lunch special so the prices were very good and the ingredients definitely fresh. The restaurant was pretty roomy, very clean, and the decor was nice. I'll be a regular.Kid-friendliness: Casual with a number of tables and booths“
“By far my absolutely favorite chinese restaurant. I have been going here since i was a baby and I will never stop coming back. The food is incredible and the family that owns the restaurant is even more amazing. George always makes me feel welcome and brings a smile to my face. I am grateful to have this restaurant available for delicious food and great service!“
“We are so lucky to have such a great Thai place nearby - we order from them pretty frequently and have never had a bad experience. Everything is fresh and has great flavor. I love the fresh spring rolls and the drunken noodles especially! Serving sizes are also perfect for the price.Vegetarian options: Most dishes have veg and tofu options“
“The food is delicious, always fresh. The disappointing part was, I order 16 chicken, but only received 8. When I called the restaurant, she said one chicken wing is counted as two pieces. She explained that she had a customer complain about them cutting the wings in two, so they don’t cut them anymore. I suggested she might want to change the website because it says 8 wings, not 8 wingettes. I asked for them to be fried well done, but I had to put them in the air fryer for about 7 minutes to be cooked through. They were good though“
“I always enjoy my visits to Sanook Thai. The food is absolutely wonderful, the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is lovely. It's a restaurant where you can talk and not noisy like a lot of restaurants. The outdoor patio is lovely in warm months. The back dining room is nice if you have a small group...perhaps up to 10. I definitely recommend this wonderful restaurant.Vegetarian options: Most dishes have the option for tofu as the protein choice“
“We have been loyal customers since they opened. The food is delicious, we have never been disappointed. When they added the Sushi that was it. Excellent. Great service, reasonably priced. We love it and the owners are great people. I would highly recommend this restaurant.Vegetarian options: They have many options.Parking: Never an issue, parking.“
“Thai Dishes in Marlton, NJ is an unexpected GEM!I've been a huge fan of Thai Cuisine for over 40 years. I've traveled all over Thailand from Phuket in the south to Chiang Rai in the far north (I met an Opium farmer in a small village in the Golden Triangle!) I've traveled all over the United States and in every new city I search for the best Thai Restaurant I can find. I've probably been to more than 200 Thai restaurants in the United States, and many in Thailand, England and India. And I cook Thai food pretty often, myself -- UNTIL Thai Dishes opened in Marlton, NJ. Once I ate there I stopped cooking my own. I'm extremely lucky that it's less than 3 miles from my home! The atmosphere is clean and attractive. The service is always prompt and the food comes out quickly. The Pad Thai and Pad Kee Mao (aka 'Drunken Noodles!") are always excellent. I'll upload a picture of their Pad Thai. I always ask for a little extra sauce because I love it that way. They are always happy to oblige. ENJOY!“
