“Went to Japan in March and have missed the food since coming back home. Scarlet Bowls was a great find to enjoy some of the same foods we indulged in our trip. The owner is from Tokyo so it’s as authentic as you can get. We ordered the Udon, Curry Katsu, Takoyaki and Musubi. All were delicious and brought back memories of the trip. Will definitely return!“

“Had a great experience at Fat Panda Pan Asian Cuisine! The Indo-Chinese food here is excellent. Loved the veg Manchow soup—flavorful and perfectly spiced. The chilli chicken (dry) was crispy and delicious, and the chilli garlic noodles were packed with amazing taste. Everything felt fresh and well-prepared. Definitely coming back!“

“I have ordered the chicken tikka empanadas and other types of empanadas from the Bites and Bowls food truck at least twenty times over the past years, and I can genuinely say they are top quality every time. Other empanadas from food trucks in the area are cold in the middle or lack filling. Bites and Bowls is fairly priced, their empanadas are fresh and hot all the way through, and they are generously sized and filled. The gentleman running the truck is always courteous and serves orders with a smile.

I wish the food truck went to more locations. It is worth standing in line for these empanadas. Simply superb, 10/10.“

“Food is amazing at a affordable price! $20 you can upgrade to the premium meat menu which is Long Bone Short Rib Steak, Premium Wagyi and Rib Eye steak. It also includes the rest of the meat menu. Its all perfectly marinated and fresh. The waitress was very polite and recommended some really good appetizers off the menu, the bulgogi fries were really good. Atmosphere was very chill and made you feel like I was at a restaurant back in AK Plaza. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a BBQ Spot.“

“Decent mapo tofu in a sit-down atmosphere, in an area without too many nicer Chinese restraints. I’ve ordered pickup once and dined in once.

I like visiting different Chinese places to try their mapo tofu specifically, which is a savory and usually spicy dish that is like a saucy spicy soft tofu.

The version prepared by Ye’s Asian Bistro had a different taste than most I’ve tried. It’s tough for me to describe it but it’s almost like a darker flavor but not exactly due to the usual bean sauce. Very light level of heat.

I have found this worth the occasional visit when craving something around town.“

The sushi was super fresh and they had lots of menu items that were very unique like the dinosaur egg(fried lobster with layers of avocado on top). The dumplings were outstanding. Probably the best dumplings I've ever had! And the prices are extremely fair, we had so much food we barely finished. Will definitely be a spot I frequent.“

“Some of these poor eating comments are ridiculous. I’ve eaten Chinese food all over Jersey and this place tops them all. I don’t care about the atmosphere or customer service! The food at this restaurant is the best. Best Chinese food restaurant I’ve eaten at. I moved out of the area and I can’t find a Chinese restaurant that’s as good as this one. When I’m in the mood for Chinese I just take a 30 minute ride and it’s worth it!!“

“My favorite place to order from. Chicken and Broccoli for the win!! They are so friendly and the food is very delicious and always steaming hot fresh off the stove! I also love that this place is family owned. The owners children are always so polite when speaking to customers, their manners are outstanding! The owners are amazing people as well. They are very personable and never forget to ask about my 4 yr old son when I’m picking up my takeout. They definitely stand out from the rest of any ordinary Chinese food restaurant. Keep up the amazing work.

Vegetarian options: Can get all options without meat. Sauces are very tasty no meat needed with entrees

“I came in this past weekend, (March 2026). I was eating very fresh sushi, rolls sashimi, the place is clean the service was exceptional. i was eating LOBSTER, so delicious. management was nice. I offered a suggestion of a lobster fork. I usually feel a bit weird after I go to buffets, but the food here to me was exceptional, and for $31.00 for a drink. per person. awesome. not many "filler foods" . neat and organized OCD“
