“Had breakfast here early on a Saturday with a friend. Food was good for sure. However, EVERY person working at this restaurant attended to us. We had a hard time finishing one sentence of our conversation without being asked how things were or if we wanted more coffee. I'm serious, no fewer than 6 people visited our table. Our waitress, Marissa, was personable and helpful; she was taking care of us very well. The 1-star for atmosphere was because the OWNER came to our table and asked if we wanted more coffee. I declined, but my friend accepted. I swear she did this just to make him go away as Marissa had offered us coffee moments before and she'd declined. THEN WE OVERHEAR the manager giving Marissa a hard time because we ACCEPTED COFFEE. His assumption was that she had not been attending to us instead of understanding that women know that the male ego has a hard time with the word NO. Not only should management not be giving a good waitress a hard time, they certainly should not do it where customers can hear. Gross!“

“If I could only have one appetizer/salad for the rest of my life it would be Pho Ones Papaya Salad ! I’ve been coming to this family owned restaurant for a little under 5 years now and it’s consistent every time. The pho always hit and me and my family try and come at least once a month.

The ramen is absolutely delicious (especially on a cold day) and the couple/family pricing is unbeatable.
Aaron is usually our server and he makes the dining experience 10x better.

“Fabulous dining experience at The Greek on Main! Recommended by our son! Appetizers were amazing! Fig & Goat Cheese Flatbread Haloumi Fries- Feta and roasted red pepper aioli. So good! Tomato salad! Enjoyed two entrée specials!- Shrimp and Pork- Delicious! The prawns and lamb shank were well prepared! Dessert and tea! Perfectly ended the night! Our Server Lovely was truly lovely!! Attentive and friendly! She knew the menu well and answered all our questions! Thank you Lovely! Bring your own alcohol! Make reservations! Highly recommend“

“My fiancee and I truly enjoyed our meal we had tonight. She had the cornbeef and cabbage & a cup of potato leek soup and I had the Irish breakfast. We also shared the Irish spring rolls. Everything was delicious. We will be back.“

“Street parking but it's plentiful for the area so you won't have any issues.
The interior is beautiful with lots of photo opporunities inside.
Their cappuccino is just right. Guava pastry is good. They have empanadas and other patry items like cupcakes, brownies, macarons, etc.
Worth a stop if you have time and are in the area.
They make cakes for special occasions as well.“

“This place has become my one of the favorite places to eat in NJ. All dishes have some unique taste to remember. My personal favorite is Half chicken- all dark, Peri peri fries, corn on the cob etc. Clean environment and well mannered staffs. I would highly recommend.“

“We used La Rosa’s for our Metuchen HS Class of 75. 50th Reunion The food was delicious and so many out of towners were thrilled that I included Pizza on our Buffet. Everything was wonderful and I enjoyed working with Brian to put our menu together! We all grew up on LaRosa’s and it continues to be a part of our Metuchen History! Thank you!!!“

“Frequent customer, but always blown away with the freshness of their summer menu. The shrimply the best tacos, which was originally on a tostada last summer, was just as amazing, but didn’t sit as heavy as a tostada. Love the move to a light tortilla. The Mexi-Avo toast was so filling and the flavors melted together so nicely. Don’t forget the decor inside is so cozy, boho/havana vibe and perfect for a date or girl’s brunch. 10/10“
