“Thank you for hosting an amazing After Pass for my family and friends! The tables were set up beautifully as we arrived. The food came out in courses, hot and fresh. We are traditional Italian cooks by heritage, and we could not get over the incredible meatballs! They made the chicken piccata with just the right amount of lemon and capers. The last course was an assortment of Italian mini desserts that were scooped up in a matter of minutes!! The only complaint we had was the chef would not part with the meatball recipe. “Enzo , his wife, Anna and their sister-in-law are the nicest people you would want to meet along with some really delicious pizzas. The pizza, as my cousin from South Carolina would say "is blazin' cuz" with a crispy thin crust, a delicious homemade sauce along with generous toppings. With each bite, you can taste every ingredient in and on the pizza. Nothing gets left on the plate with the crust being just as good. Also, try their meatball sandwiches which will surely fill you up and have you coming back week after week. Nothing says "New Jersey" like "Bella Napoli"! Try getting a taste of that in other states. “Have been dying to try this restaurant out since they opened! They did not disappoint! The food is so fresh! no premade heated up restaurant food here! Every single thing we have tried was a taste sensation! Pizza homemade sauce and cheese to broc rabe so tender and mild, salmon to die for. We have been there 4 times liked it so much after the first time had them cater a party at our home. Every single person asked where the food came from. Joe the owner delivered the catering himself. Speaking of….Joe and Rosana the owners make you feel like family from our first visit. Not only have we found our go to weekly place to eat out we have found friends that we enjoy visiting and trust to cater our family events! Thanks Joe and Ro! Did I mention the homemade rice pudding they gave us? Wife was never a fan of rice pudding but so good she goes back for more even made a special trip to pick some up for our Easter guests. “Moved to the neighbourhood a couple of weeks back and were looking for a nice place to eat... we found Girasole within walking distance and it exceeded our expectations. The staff were attentive yet not overebearing and the food was delicious. “We had an amazing meal a few weeks ago at Luca’s! We were greeted and seated and waited on promptly. We brought our own wine in which they had no problem opening for us. The food was out of this world. Their meatball appetizer is everything you’ve heard and then some. Incredible sauce, bread service, and our meals were excellent. My partner had the octopus for an appetizer and said it was incredible. Both of our meals were amazing and served timely and piping hot. I had the chicken marsala with mushroom risotto, delicious! And he had the veal saltimbocca. The service was prompt, pleasant and just perfect, and the atmosphere is lovely. I highly recommend this restaurant!“

The Northern Italian menu which changes to focus on only the freshest ingredients has a little Swiss influence and is presented with an artistic touch and personal care. Last evening I hosted sixteen business associates in the back room which has an iron gate for privacy. Filippo presented a five course meal which blew everyone away followed by him playing a few songs on the Piano. The Chicken or Cod dishes were pan seared to perfection. daFilippo's is a BYOB restaurant which I Love. My wife remarked how clean the restrooms are kept. Plenty of parking in the rear of the building. In closing, if you are looking for a family owned, unique restaurant where the owner chef touches every plate to ensure perfection then this is the place to make a reservation.“

Last weekend, we had the il Forno pizza truck for our son's rehearsal dinner and it was outstanding! They served a variety of delicious pizzas and just kept them coming for 2 hours. Service was perfect, there were many compliments from guests, and no one left hungry!

Today when I paid I used my debit card instead of paying cash like I have every other time this was around 12:15pm today. The employee made a big deal about it being a NASA Card (my mom worked at Nasa & I have had an account there since 10th grade) By 1:30pm someone had attempted to use my card for a $1,339 AT&T purchase that was declined three times then used some Delta D account to charge $799.60 and unfortunately the second attempt work. I just came from the location and and all I had was smoke blown up my but. Either an employee or patron did something and they have a camera inside the store but was told the owner has the key. If the owner would just let me know when he will be there I will show up and we can handle this like gentlemen. I have been going to this place for over 5 years and work near by. For the record the card has been cancelled and NASA is tracking where charges are being attempted from. Paul“
