We ordered Channa with puri and halwa, Chicken and Mutton kharahi, chicken charga, and biryani. Both of the kharahi were totally amazing, the taste was the best I’ve had in the Edison area!! The chicken charga was soft and tender with amazing flavor. The service was great, the ambience was good, overall amazing experience. Most importantly the owner was super nice and provided a great service. I totally recommend this place for great food experience.“

“Bombay Paratha is an excellent spot for Pakistani brunch. The halwa poori is delicious, and both the mooli and keema parathas are top-notch, flavorful, and taste homemade. Everything we tried had that authentic, home-cooked feel. My only gripe is the name; calling it "Bombay Paratha" doesn’t quite fit, as something like "Lahori Paratha" or "Punjabi Paratha" would be more accurate. That aside, the food speaks for itself. Definitely worth a visit!“

I wanted my mix platter with broccoli and zucchini which is not in their menu, they were able to provide that for me. My son love their buffalo wings dip in sauce and hot wings. Their fried chicken is always fresh and delicious! I also recommend their cheesesteak, always fresh, hot and juicy!

“So me and my wife never had halal food. We ordered the hot spot platter and we were Blown away they serve you a generous amount of food which is worth the money. They also have sides you can choose to add on like jalapeños and and pickles etc. Everything is fresh like if it was just cut and pickled right then and there I couldn't believe that a small jalapeños piece had so much flavor to it. Definitely will be going back if I could give more than 5 stars I would“

I got a mixed platter with chicken and lamb and it was so good that I wish I had more of a stomach to eat even more! It took about 15 minutes to have the food prepared but it was well worth the wait. “What a New Jersey!!!! This food is worthy of the most expensive Indian establishments. The owners, Shazad and Raza, are so hospitable and you can tell they create dishes from the heart.

Shazad prepared a special mix grill of their five types of chicken: malai not, seekh kebab, tandoori chicken, and tikka— each one seasoned distinctly. You could tell that the masalas and seasonings were made fresh and the chicken was of the highest quality.

Their mango lassi is made fresh with Alphonso mangoes.

Their cheese and garlic naan were the best of compliments for the grill. The garlic naan was light with the right amount of garlic and the cheese naan was so comforting with its cheesiness.

As a Californian who has her pick of amazing, inventive Indian cuisine, this New Jersey gem has stolen my heart!

“Akihi is a chain of boba shops, with this location being located right near the Rutgers University campus. It was quite spacious, with large glass windows facing outwards to the plaza that hosts other smaller shops.

The shop hosted a self service kiosk, which made it easier to order and find things, as this was my first time visiting this chain. The menu is reasonably priced, with standard boba flavors as well as serving snacks.

I got the Brown Sugar Brulee, which wasn't too sweet but had a nice flavor to it. We also tried the passionfruit tea (called the fruit party) and it wasn't too sweet but very refreshing as well. It is a good compliment after having a heavy meal and you need something that isnt too sweet.
