“Went around 7pm and they actually had sold out of munchkins but wasn’t the end of the world and the cashier said that she still had a few donuts left. She was very nice and she was very patient with us. Definitely recommend instead of the other Dunkin down the road.“

“The East Brunswick location needs a refreshment training course. One of the worse experiences ever. The Middletown location is so much better. Arrived at 1:30pm with 3 employees who did not want to be there at all. They mentioned several times they should lock the door and call it a day. They complained about having customers. They had a line of waiting customers, order not ready in the correct order, orders were sloppy and boxes needed to be carried with napkins so your hands didn't get dirty. They were using wrong size boxes that donuts were flying around the box. locking the next crew of employees came in at about 215 and saved the day. if I didn't pay already I would have left. I'm definitely not going back to this location and will stick with Middletown NJ. Very disappointed, aa customers left we all said to eachother the 1st and last time. Sad that there was no supervision for these employees, I don't think this location will have much success if they don't correct the customer service issue.“

“Absolutely delicious 2 tier cake for my son's engagement party. Sophia decorated it beautifully !! with the fresh roses I brought in the day before. Vanilla cake French cream with fresh strawberries and blueberries +whipped cream icing sooo yummy. I will always get my cakes from la dolce in old bridge. Highly recommend“

But two other places on my way in didnt have many donut selections.. this place was beautifully decorated for Christmas, had cute Christmas things you can buy, and a great variety of everything! While waiting, i even saw the owner checking the supply of donuts! Greatly ran!!“

“I love this dunkin so much, they always get my coffee order perfect. It's always the right color, and the ratios are perfect. Staff is always super friendly, and it's always clean inside. I never have to wait long for my coffee either. I travel from Bayonne to Freehold for work and I will wait till I reach freehold to get my coffee.“

“This Dunkin is very spacious inside. I was traveling with my family and was in the area, looking for a comfortable place to be able to sit down and get some work done. They have multiple styles of chairs and tables to sit or work at. The seating was comfy and they provide free wifi. I was able to enjoy my tea and chocolate glazed donut, along with my book while my husband and sister did their zoom meetings. It was very clean and the staff was nice. Even though there was light music playing, it was still pretty quiet. This was exactly what we were looking for and was perfect for our needs.“

“Consistently correct orders and the food is well made. I drive an extra 5 mins to work to hit this dunkin vs the one on 18. That one has given me so many wrong orders and cold sandwiches that I've given up on it. This one however, always great.“

“There are many dunkin donuts in the area but this one is a favorite. No drive through since it is inside shoprite but the staff are friendly, and always make the drinks well. I seem to always have issues with other locations namely because quality can fluctuate wildly depending on whose making the coffee.“

“This Dunkin Donuts Rocks!! Ila and Panna are great and valued employees. They got me through the pandemic each morning as I headed out to work in the hospital. They remember customer names and orders, super friendly and always show up to the window with a smile. They push out your breakfast fast, keeping the drive thru moving along in the morning. “Lets be clear, this is the palace of all the Dunkin in the area. The place is immaculate, super organized and really well kept. Even the bathroom was in great shape. I was there on the weekend (afternoon) and was happily surprised to see this place fully staffed.
