“I ate at the Monroe store today. I had never been at a Buubakoos before and did not know what to expect. I had the pork burrito and it was off the hook. The place was spotless and the service was spot on. The manager came over and introduced himself as John and asked if everything was satisfactory, and it was more than satisfactory. You would think John was the owner not just the manager, he cared as if was his own business. It was good to see that. I will be back for sure, my new go to place.“

The dishes are consistently good, the service towards the customers is helpful. I go often to this restaurant and I not even once was disappointed. I recommend it to all.“

“I ordered a burger with no lettuce or tomatoes. I called to ask for a partial refund since I got it as a meal, and they immediately started giving me attitude. They looked up my order and said I didn’t request to have them taken off. I looked up the order to my end and it very clearly said no lettuce no tomatoes. I offered to send a photo of both my burger and a screenshot of my order, and was told that wasn’t necessary because on her end it didn’t read that. She was treating me like I was trying to scam her from the beginning, and when I offered proof she rejected it. I work in customer service so I rarely RARELY leave negative reviews but that was such an uncomfortable experience for a $9 refund.“
