“Found Las Chilangas completely by accident, as it sits in a totally unassuming strip mall that I happened to drive past. Have been back a dozen or more times since. The people - I've always assumed family - running it are incredibly sweet and the food is wonderful. They legitimately make the best guacamole I've ever had in a restaurant (chunky style, baby).“

“I ate at the Monroe store today. I had never been at a Buubakoos before and did not know what to expect. I had the pork burrito and it was off the hook. The place was spotless and the service was spot on. The manager came over and introduced himself as John and asked if everything was satisfactory, and it was more than satisfactory. You would think John was the owner not just the manager, he cared as if was his own business. It was good to see that. I will be back for sure, my new go to place.“

““I didn't have a reservation, but they seated me immediately and treated me very kindly. The young lady who served us was very patient with the children about the food and an excellent host.” I ordered a Molcajete which was delicious and thanks to the children I even ate fries. I recommend them.“
