“I’m a fan of the pizza, but the 1 guy behind the counter really pissed me off last time I went, completely ignored me standing by the slices for at least 5 minutes, I had to say are you going to help me? On top of this, I was charged $12 for 2 slices and a soda? I really started to think if the guy behind the counter was blind or couldn’t see.“

“I love this place. My sister and I try to go at least once or twice a month. The food is great, the quality is awesome, and the service is good. You don't have to wait too long for your food. My little sister usually gets her California and shrimp tempura rolls. I get the rainbow roll and the O.M.G roll but everything we've tried is crazy good. I would 100% recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area.“

“The Great Wazu is the reason small businesses are the HEART of a community. I am a soon-to-be small business owner myself. I walked in this place tonight like I do every 1-2 weeks to get dinner. Sara behind the counter has gotten to know me and ALWAYS remembers my order. Tonight, she asked me what was new, and I told her I had been upset all day worrying about all the stuff I have on my plate right now getting my business ready to open. She was the sweetest. When I reached for my credit card, she told me my order was on her and gave me a hug and said, "You got this." “We love Jimmy Tomato's. My husband and I are vegan and they will make all the Indian vegetarian pies vegan. The veggies are exceptionally good crisp and perfect. I can't stand what veggies past their prime. I will not eat and never go back. The freshness of the veggies is top notch. Be forewarned the Indian pies are very spicy! “My favorite Cava location to date. Every time I’m craving something fresh and filling, I know I can count on them. The bowls are SO customizable, and I love that I can choose exactly what I’m in the mood for. Their ingredients are always super fresh, and I can tell they put a lot of care into their food. We had calamari to start, which was out of this world with an amazing red sauce loaded with fresh basil. The focaccia bread was warm and delicious. “We have ordered from Frank's numerous times with no issues. Tonight, driver arrived with 2 items missing and instead of leaving the items he had, took them with him....cold when he returned. Must have thought he was an Indy car driver on the way back because all the sauce for the mussels was gone, box was saturated. When questioned, he checked and said Ooops, sorry, and left. Called and spoke with the Manager who seemed less than Customer Service concerned although did offer another order of mussels. Unfortunately, with the fear of sabotage on the replacement due to complaining, we declined. Should have offered some kind of refund. As a Client Svc Mgr this is an unacceptable response to a dissatisfied client. We will not be ordering from Frank's again. I guess they have enough clients to not care about EVERY client. Shame!“

The last few times I ordered for pickup via DoorDash I have had to wait 10-30 minutes after arriving at the estimated time for pickup. I understand it's only an estimate but a continual 10+ min delay is frustrating and estimates need to be updated to accurately reflect the turnaround time required during peak hours.“
