“The Halloween decorations are so cute. The parking lot looks brand new. I loved the pumpkin spice latte ( Iced). It was so good and honestly it was cheap compared to Dunkin around in the area. “I know recently they moved staff around. They moved 2 of the better girls to Andover, and switched others to Sparta. I went in this morning placed my order, and the conversations the staff was having was about the movement. My coffee isn’t what I ordered, they have minimal customer interaction and it appears there is no manager running the store. I hope the owners read these comments and work on Customer Service.
