“I like Panera, the food is usually really good. Yesterday 04/04/23, my sister & I ordered the Green Goddess Caprese Melt toasted baguette. My sister had it before & raved about it. Well what we had yesterday was nothing yo rave about, it was so disappointing. The picture on the left is what it should look like. That is what my sister had before. Not this time: We could not see the mozzarella, the lettuce was skimpy at best & the tomatoes were just about non existent. The bread was tasty & as always the soup was delicious!!“

“We ended up here for the first time because we found no diners were open at 0630. They have an amazing array of specialty (Brazilian) bakery items some sweet and many savory. I'm no stranger to bakery cases and I didn't recognize the items. They appeared baked in site. The hostess even gave us some to try and it was delicious - sorry I can't remember but it was a round roll with savory cheese inside.Breakfast:We ordered eggs for breakfast but I don't think this is their focus. Eggs were cooked a little heavy / and there weren't any accompaniments customary with breakfast (potatoes or slices of bacon or meat). "American diner breakfast" is my personal preference I won't fault them for that.Beverages:I also didn't have anything to drink because I usually order unsweetened iced tea and they didnt have that. My husband said that the coffee was average.They have a lunch menu as well.Only a few small tables inside and a counter so probably best for takeout.They were packed at 0630 with contracters and landscapers picking up self serve pastries to go.The signage outside and premises inside (worn) do no justice to this gem which serves outstanding Brazilian bakery items. “I’ve driven by Pot Heads in Bensalem countless times and have never stopped. It’s one of those easy-to-overlook cafes that sit quietly on an active intersection. I saw their Beetlejuice themed menu and figured now was a good time to stop in.

If you’re a Halloween aficionado (think Beetlejuice, Edward Scissorhands, Nightmare Before Christmas), put this cafe on your to-do list. They’re offering spooky themes and treats year-round with an eclectic interior and friendly staff (with a monster 8’ skeleton stationed outside to boot). We got a Beetlejuice latte (mocha espresso matcha latte) and a regzi cappuccino. Their beans are roasted in-house and speciality menu rotates monthly. Def a festive, fun stop.“

“The employee told me they do not have bread bowls when I see 2 sitting behind the counter it is ridiculous when I say that’s that’s fine but do you have any other kinds of bread for the Mac and cheese so I can dip it I was told that they do not carry any but it’s in your name Panera bread I am sorry I will never come to this establishment again I hope the manager or someone sees this as I can’t be the only person that has encountered the rudest workers of all time save your $ and go to a different store - update 3-1-25 went in and they did have bread bowls I ordered and left got to work 20 min away and did not get my bread bowl just a small Mac and cheese when I ordered and payed for a large I guess it doesn’t matter the size they just give you whatever they want after calling the manager I was hung up on them drove back to the store to get my refund as I was being told I was the one in the wrong and should have checked before I got my food after that I said whatever please refund me as I need to get back to work I wasted 1hour already then she moved slower then a sloth to the point where I felt the need to leave as I did not believe I would ever be getting my refund or my bread bowl that she put on the cash regester the. Told me I have your bread bowl right here like you didn’t just put it on the dirtiest section of the store I would never go back I have tried multiple times as I like the food but never go to this location no one including the general manager cares about the customers or rectifying a situation“

My only complaint is on there special menu of hot food choices they (don't give any prices) and when I questioned ,the young girl in the front she really couldn't give me an any explanation !!!! “I had requested cannoli’s and pink and blue cupcakes for a gender reveal and to my surprise she had made not only pink and blue frosting for the cupcakes, but pink and blue cream filling in them as well. They were delicious. I can not even begin to explain how amazing the cannoli’s are!!!“

“I came in and ordered some food and an iced coffee an hour before closing since I had a long night ahead. The iced coffee dispenser was understandably empty, but they offered to refill it just for me.

It also understandably took some time to make the iced coffee, but I was able to have a cup for the night - I was even comped when I tried to get a few bakery items before leaving.
