My only recommendation would be for associates to confirm the customer’s name before handing out orders — this would help prevent mix-ups like the one I experienced.“
“Chick-Fil-A is the only fast food place I go to anymore. It really has a great value. I don't really like the burger joints anymore. When I want a burger I will either make it at home or go to a place that isn't fast food. The prices at places like McDonald's is way too high now. Come to Chick-fil-A and get a Chick-fil-A sandwich instead.“
