“Awesome bake shop with delicious goods! I ordered cupcakes for my son’s birthday. They were fresh, classic and tasted nostalgic. I haven’t had a chocolate fudge frosting this yummy in a long time. I also got a slice of German chocolate cake for myself, it’s one of my favorite cakes but it’s hard to find. Their version is so delicious. I’ll dream about it! The staff was helpful and nice. So happy we found this bakery!“

“I finally got the chance to try Crumbl Cookies and I’m so glad I was able to try the lineup for this week. The cookies were delicious, Kentucky butter cake and sticky bun were my favorite. The pink velvet and Banana upside down cake were tasty as well. The staff was nice, and I didn’t have to wait long for my order even ordering ahead. One of selections ended up being sold out and the workers decided to give me a free cookie. I’ll definitely be back, I can’t wait for next’s week lineup.“

From the first bite, you could taste the difference that real, high-quality ingredients used , and how it literally melts in your mouth, great consistency and just the right amount of sweetness. “Loved this cute little place!!! My daughter and I were out and about, and wanted to get some coffee, but not from the regular “chain” coffee shop, so after a quick search, we headed to Metuchen. We were lucky enough to get parking right outside, and walked in to be pleasantly surprised by the esthetic vibe. Everything was super clean, and we were greeted right away by the super friendly employee. My daughter ordered a cappuccino and I got iced coffee. We also got a cheese and pesto savory pastry and a passion fruit and coconut tres leches dessert. Everything was delicious!!!!! Thanks for the enjoyable experience. We will definitely return.“

“Happen to bump into this bakery, when getting a came for my dad.
We bought a strawberry shortcake, that had other fruits on top. It was so pretty.
I also bought a piece of Mocha Cake because it's my favorite and they actually sold it by the slice, as well.

OMG, my parents, who don't have much of. Sweet tooth loved their cake. My mom, actually went for seconds.

And my Mocha SLICE, WAS AMAZING!!! I've tried several bakeries and most don't really impress me. But this one, MY FAVORITE. I PLAN ON going back to order a personalized Mocha Cake this summer for my birthday. I'm willing to drive the hour to go get it.

Also the bakery was clean, sell plenty of candles, cake toppers, and the staff was nice. I highly recommend.“

I have many favorites including triple chocolate, crumb cake, brookie, and chocolate covered banana, but they are always coming up with new & unique yummy flavors so that could change! “This is my go to Colombian bakery. I have been a loyal customer since 2012.
Their menu is limited if you are planning to dine in, however, it is quite reliable and consistent. It is pure comfort food.

If you are not that adventurous, I highly recommend their empanadas de carne (beef and potatoes) and pan de bono (cheese bread). Those are usually the favorites of any picky eaters that join us 😁“

“From price quote, to cake pickup, to eating I had a phenomenal experience. I splurged for my 30th birthday for a custom cake. La Bon was affordable for what I wanted which was amazing. Their staff was incredibly sweet, professional, and all around pleasant. And the cake? Oh my God. I couldn't ask for a better outcome. I provided a reference photo and the result was an exact match. Flavor wise? Impeccable. I don't know what it is about these cakes but it was hands down the best cake I've ever had in my life. It was decadent but not too sweet (especially with black frosting, I was pleasantly surprised), perfectly piped frosting, and perfectly light and flavorful strawberries and cream filling. “Super busy on a Tuesday night. It was my first time inside and it was very confusing as to where to go and how to order- no one greeted us or anything which is a little odd. We figured it out and enjoyed our cookies. There was a pretty long wait“

I reached out to the bakery via email and they called me promptly the next morning. They rectified the situation and refunded my order. The lemon strawberry cake is phenomenal, the donut is the best I've ever had, and the turkey cheddar croissant is to die for!
