We had 4 people. 1 order of 2 pancakes, 1 order of 3 pancakes, 1 order of French toast and 1 order of strawberry cheesecake stuffed pancakes. Do you think 2 little bottles of syrup is enough? French toast was just about cold qhen more syrup arrived. Asked 3 times for the strawberry syrup sauce that comes with the strawberry cheesecake pancakes to finally be told they were out of it. When talked to the server about this saying that it would have been nice to know this before ordering as something else would have been ordered, was told I had an attitude as the server walked away from the table. Then server never came back to the table until she dropped the bill off. I said oh I need to order a to go order. Three times I told her we needed the strawberry icebox pie. She brings the bill back drops it off, I check it and it is wrong to go item. Then had to wait more time for her to come back, I finally asked another server to get her. The whole experience took about 2hours usually our dining experience is much more timely, nice and positive but not this time was frustrating and felt not listened to or appreciated.“

“Our book club group had a lovely evening thanks to Laura and staff at Italian Affair! Starting with their amazing happy hour in the beautiful bar and ending with incredible homemade desserts. They graciously accommodated moving our group of 20 inside due to heat the advisory. The private room was charming and every dish was raved over. When we moved to the patio later to chat under the moon, Michael from the bar kindly brought out a pitcher of water and glasses of ice for all. I can’t underestimate how warmly we were treated.
