The ceremony overlooking the water was stunning, and the reception space was just as impressive—elegant, spacious, and run seamlessly. The staff did an incredible job making sure everything flowed perfectly, and you can tell they really care about every detail.

“We used Chef Marie for a private dinner to celebrate my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. She did a wonderful job. The planning process was seamless - she was very responsive and helpful with suggestions. We had a four-course meal and each one was fantastic. She uses local and organic ingredidents and is very adaptive to your dietary needs. She even created a special menu for the kids. Marie and her assistant were very personable and professional. They catered to our every need and were an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Chef Marie/Proper Palate for your next dining event.“

Terese listens, hears, and works to create the most appropriate order for whatever event she is asked to prepare for. Jersey Kitchen food is fresh, inventive, and delicious. Our guests are always thrilled to see what's being served as it is never the "same old, same old" that is often the case with catered food. We recently had a last minute repast following a funeral in the family. Terese couldn't have been kinder or more accomodating for a short notice order. Setup and takedown was very efficient and complete, and they answered all my questions promptly. Waitstaff was great. Would highly recommend for any event in Deal/Long Branch.“

“Wonderful set up for a charity event. Part of the room was used for the auction items which lined up along the wall easily. They did a buffet with carving stations, which lined up along the other wall. Dance floor and sound were great! Of course it was Brian Kirk so you can’t go wrong! Very good service.“

“I think this place is great. The homemade soup is delicious. My husband said that the beef and barley I had gotten him one time was the best he ever had. It does not have an extensive menu but in my opinion what you will receive will be of good quality. It is a family business and you can tell that people are repeat patrons.“

“I occasionally order catering pickup for different events. The food quality is good and affordable and the customer service I’ve experienced thus far is excellent. I’ve called before with a question and was spoken to very kindly and respectfully. This morning I called to make an edit to an order I’m picking up this evening and the woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely kind and friendly. I didn’t feel rushed off the phone or that I was “bothering” her which you sometimes expect to get. As long as I continue to receive this service, I will continue to place my orders with this Wegmans.“

“First time eating in at Sipriani's and the food was very good. Service started out great, but they seemed to get a little overwhelmed as they got busy. It is a BYOB and there's a convenient liquor store at the end of the block. Sipriani's is a simple classic NJ strip mall Italian gem, tasty food and good value. We'll be back.“
