Very disappointed with our experience. We were seated upstairs next to a dirty vacuum and broom, which immediately made the atmosphere feel unclean and unwelcoming. Halfway through dinner, about 12 high school boys came in and became extremely loud and obnoxious — using profanity and constantly running up and down the stairs.

I had the most upsetting and disappointing experience at Pete & Elda’s 2 nights ago. I ordered a double extra large pepperoni & onion pizza to be delivered on DoorDash. When I received the order, the pizza was a plain pizza with no toppings. However, the ticket inside the box had my name and what I ordered. Pizza is great! Service not :( Been there 3 times and all 3, service not good. They are nice to their regulars though. Couldn’t get drunk if I tried! Bartenders, plural, walked by my husband’s empty beer glass many times. Had to wave them down. It was not busy. Waitress was adequate but took the order and brought the bill.
