Dunkin' Donuts in New Brunswick

“The place is really appealing and up to date l. The staff had a hard time hearing me and I wasn't sure if it was because of the mask, plastic guard or a language barrier. I couldn't hear the cashier as well, I had to repeatedly my order three times. I wanted nitro brew. Some places only serve small and some places will have a medium option. I asked the guy to give me the biggest size order I can get of this coffee. He grabbed one cup started making the order and I was told by another person I couldn't get this size. When I got it it was fine but the staff should've have been more knowledgeable of products. Otherwise happy with my order and experience“

“I typically go here now to get my Dunkin fix. I switched during the pandemic, because the other on Hamilton kept giving my cheese & bread which I'm allergic to, or changing my order. I also stated going here because the manager from the New Brunswick train station was also the manager here. He's a very pleasant, friendly person.. and over the years would remember my coffee fave. Service has gotten better lately. My only downside is I've gone several times and they've been out of donuts, sandwiches, muffins. Overall, I like this location. They are located next to the Coach bus terminal, so the visual is a little different.

Parking: There are a few parking spots in the front and lots more in the back. Which means you'd have to walk around to the front. They're located next to a laundry mat, so you'll share with them.“

“I have been meaning to review this Dunkin for a while, I have been coming here for the past two years and have to say it is one of the better Dunkins I have been to. The coffee is always good and the staff are so friendly, they make this chain feel like a local coffee shop, which says a lot. I can’t stress how much I appreciate the kindness and friendliness of the staff, they really make the experience better.“
