“This used to be the worst Dunkin in the area. It was so mismanaged it wasn’t even funny. Sad considering I live so close I could technically walk here if I wanted to. About a month ago I really noticed a change. Very friendly employees, correct orders (even via mobile), fresh food. I’m almost positive management has changed. Regardless, I’m so grateful for the positive changes. I now visit a few times a week and don’t need to drive out farther. Thanks guys!“
“Mostly for take out, this location is petite. The staff are friendly and very responsive. I ordered through the Dunkin app during my last visit and when I got in they didn't have what I ordered. Not their fault as they don't manage the transactions in the app.The Dunkin app is great until something goes wrong with your order. The location will not cancel the order as they don't manage the app and you as a customer can't even cancel. You have to go through their app's unhelpful ai help system which forces you to a yes or no type of question and if you give the answer the ai is looking for it will hang up on you.Dunkin app management you have to fix this as you are literally stealing from your customers. Not everyone will have the time to go through your ai based customer service. I still didn't get a refund or response yet even though the ai said someone will get back to me.“
