“I never know what price it is until I get up to the window. It's very odd, is most places list. How much it costs so that you're prepared by the time you get there. They don't have nearly the donuts they used to have, and that's the main reason why I used to go. The ones they do have seem to be on a little on the stale side. There's sandwiches and coffee 5 stars.“

“They're so fast, and they rarely mess up your order. In the past when they have messed up my drink order, it was actually better than what I originally wanted. They can also be extremely busy, and still friendly. I love this Dunkin in particular.“

“I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ location for over three years, and my experience has consistently been excellent. My order is always prepared quickly, and the taste is very consistent. Even when I order ahead and arrive within 2–3 minutes, my order is usually ready. Time is a huge factor in my daily routine, and this location has never wasted my time. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional. In the three years I’ve been coming here, there was only one instance when my coffee didn’t taste right. I returned a few hours later, and the staff was extremely apologetic and happily replaced it with a fresh cup.“

“I visited the Dunkin at Veronica Plaza and had an outstanding experience. Kelly, Alyssa, Estefanie and Irma provided exceptional customer service and were all incredibly friendly and welcoming.

I wanted to try something from the new King Kylie collection but wasn't sure what to order. Alyssa recommended the Candy Pink Lemonade, and I'm so glad she did it was absolutely delicious! I also ordered my usual Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Breakfast Sandwich, and it was one of the best I've had. I had to find out who made it, and I was greeted by Irma, who was so cute and sweet

The store was very clean, organized, and inviting. Thanks to Kelly, Alyssa, Estefanie and Irma for making my visit such a great experience. This will definitely be my go-to Dunkin from now on!“
