“I walked into this Dunkin on honestly one of the worst days I’ve had in a long time. I wasn’t expecting much, I just needed something to get me through the rest of my day. But the second I got to the counter, an employee named Taqwa completely changed my mood.
She could tell something was off just by looking at me, and asked me if everything was alright. I brushed it off and said I was fine, but she wasn’t buying it. Without making it weird or awkward, she asked if it was okay if she added a little something special to my frozen hot chocolate. I said sure, not thinking much of it.
What she handed me was genuinely the best drink I have ever had from any Dunkin, anywhere. I don’t know what she did differently but it was perfect. More than that though, it was the fact that she noticed me as a person and took that extra step to make my day better that really stuck with me.
That’s not just good customer service, she’s the kind of employee that makes people loyal to a location. Taqwa deserves every recognition this company has to offer. Promote her, give her a raise, whatever it takes to keep people like her. This Dunkin is lucky to have her.“

If it's in the evening, don't bother coming
The places says it closes on Sundays at 9 PM, but at 8:25 the doors are locked and they'll just be standing behind the counter doing nothing for 35 minutes
