The staff is very friendly and provides service above and beyond, with amazing customer service from start to finish. Everyone is attentive and makes guests feel welcomed. The food is absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and exceeds expectations. Specific meals mentioned include fried plantains with cheese and mayo as a perfect snack, and “tostada,” deep fried salted corn kernels served with the meal. All drink options are just as good as the food, with a signature coconut peach margarita noted as a standout. The restaurant itself is beautiful with a warm, family oriented atmosphere. However, one experience noted very bad service with a 1-hour wait for only 2 plates of food, no manager available, and no apologies made, despite spending $140 on drinks and two plates. Overall, the vibe is great and fun, making it a place worth coming back to for many.
