The woman who served me (shanti) was possibly the rudest woman I've encountered during my time in America. She looked at me like I'd just pee'd on the floor and couldn't have looked more uninterested if she tried. She even got my order wrong and had to be corrected by her coworker who was paying more attention than her even tho she wasn't the one taking my order. Gross customer service. Probably shouldn't work in a customer facing job if you're that miserable.
Long line. It’s an airport. Service with a smile. Very friendly and caring people. But they got the order wrong and no time to correct it-it’s an airport.Still happy. Lavender matcha didn’t smell like lavender. chai was weak.

Was here for a lay over from Orlando , drink was fine but the worker should really get talked to . Very very rude customer service seemed miserable doing her job rolling her eyes etc. asked another employee if they had flat lids for my drink and she very rudely answered NO. When I seen them right there .. wouldn’t come her again !
