I called 5 Brothers from Wisconsin (not knowing anything about delis or restaurants in Lincoln Park, New Jersey—just going by google search) to order a couple trays of food for a memorial service in Lincoln Park which I could not attend. I am so happy my Google search led me to such a professional and helpful business. The two brothers I worked with listened to my situation and understood what I was hoping to provide food-wise, and then they suggested a mixed tray of baked goods and desserts that were perfect. They even sent me photos and a video of the finished trays of goodies after they put them together. And then they delivered. Amazing. Top-notch customer service. I highly recommend this company for food delivery and catering. Good, good people.“

“Hamburg bagels are the absolute best in all of Northern NJ! We are bagel connoisseurs and they are the best since our days in Wayne, NJ Sam’s to be particular. The owner is hands on and runs a tight ship with great organization and the most delicious variety of bagels. We make a 20 minute trek there for Christmas morning bagels and to satisfy our need for bagels throughout the year. You need to get there early Christmas eve morning and this morning we had a delightful experience with Medi a very patient and polite man. I highly recommend Hamburg Bagels for the most delectable variety of bagels and breakfast sandwiches. A black diamond/five star experience!“

This was my first time in this establishment and the faculty are super friendly and educated on the gluten free diet (they keep their GF bagels in a separate section) The gluten free bagels here are to die for. “My favorite bagel place!!! I've tried others but this is the best. Only suggested improvement is to slice the Taylor ham thinner and add more veggies to the veggie cc but the best bagels.Updated review, September 2023, I have recently went to two different bagel stores in the area and by no way shape or form. Do they compete with this place. One in Kinnelon and one in Butler. Just an update, still by far my favorite.Some staff are friendlier than others, but I've worked in a bagel store and I know how grueling it can be, I never hold it against them because they are always busy and it is a very short interaction.I highly highly recommend this bagel store!“

“This is one of my favorite food places. The bakery goods are fantastic. Bagels are made on premises and if you get lucky, you can get them fresh out of the oven.

Though not high end dining, this restaurant checks the boxes. Food is excellent. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is not fair to rate the atmosphere on the same plane as the other two. It’s not fancy but quite functional. Especially since it’s usually utilized as a take out place. Most of the time, I’m passing through. I phone in my order and pick it up shortly after. BTW, the tuna and chicken salads are to die for. Maybe the best I’ve ever had. The egg salad is no slouch either.“

“Great food and staff. I go there often and I have never gotten anything that wasn't delicious. The bagels are amazing. Unfortunately I am now gluten free but their gluten free bagels are very good. The salads and the fries are really good too. The prices aren't crazy and the portions are decent. The staff is always friendly and willing to accommodate any special requests that I may have. This is definitely my favorite bagel shop.“

“I used to come here all the time in college, circa '98, '99. I haven't been there in quite a few years, but decided to stop with my son the other day. I ordered a Taylor Ham and cheese on a toasted plain bagel and he had a plain bagel with cream cheese. It was the best I've had in years!! Now my son is asking me everyday to take a ride up there. Glad to see the quality remains the same! We'll be back........frequently! The Howard Stern on an Everything Bagel was my go to in college. I'm sure it's still amazing.“
