“First off, I was met with by a staff member in a cowboy hat (LOVE!) The booth was so soft and comfy and the table stands are ornate. I had the short rib and the meat was fall off the bone delicious! It was so tender and the sides were so plentiful and delicious. Each side had something a little different to pair well with the meat; sweet, salty, savory! I also had the shik Karak which was a delicious tea and for dessert, I had a banana crepe drizzled in chocolate. They do have a flair with food and I will definitely be back here!“

Everything we tried had that authentic, home-cooked feel. My only gripe is the name; calling it "Bombay Paratha" doesn’t quite fit, as something like "Lahori Paratha" or "Punjabi Paratha" would be more accurate. That aside, the food speaks for itself. Definitely worth a visit!“

I wanted my mix platter with broccoli and zucchini which is not in their menu, they were able to provide that for me. My son love their buffalo wings dip in sauce and hot wings. “One of the best places to eat in Metuchen nj. The food and service is excellent I have travelled from NYC many times just to eat there.

Kid-friendliness: The people working in there are very nice and patient with the kids and many times bring extra things for kids.

Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs and door for the Resturant and bathroom are big enough for handicap people.“

I got a mixed platter with chicken and lamb and it was so good that I wish I had more of a stomach to eat even more! It took about 15 minutes to have the food prepared but it was well worth the wait. “So me and my wife never had halal food. We ordered the hot spot platter and we were Blown away they serve you a generous amount of food which is worth the money. They also have sides you can choose to add on like jalapeños and and pickles etc. Everything is fresh like if it was just cut and pickled right then and there I couldn't believe that a small jalapeños piece had so much flavor to it. Definitely will be going back if I could give more than 5 stars I would“

“Akihi is a chain of boba shops, with this location being located right near the Rutgers University campus. It was quite spacious, with large glass windows facing outwards to the plaza that hosts other smaller shops.

The shop hosted a self service kiosk, which made it easier to order and find things, as this was my first time visiting this chain. The menu is reasonably priced, with standard boba flavors as well as serving snacks.

I got the Brown Sugar Brulee, which wasn't too sweet but had a nice flavor to it. We also tried the passionfruit tea (called the fruit party) and it wasn't too sweet but very refreshing as well. It is a good compliment after having a heavy meal and you need something that isnt too sweet.

Overall a good first impression at a boba shop I've never seen before.“

“Visiting from Texas and found a Nepali restaurant which what I been craving for! Yummy steam momos, chicken lomein and chicken fried rice. Every bite was so tasty of perfection to my likings. The restaurant is located into a store full with small little restaurants but so worth it. Thank you Sandya for making my food just as similar to the Nepali food I missed in Texas. “I just got food today at King of Gyro because I had a crave for a gyro and decided to go here. When I ordered my food was needed by a friendly worker and the chef did not disappoint. I got a gyro with fries+soda and it came out to around 13 bucks! The gyro was amazing and filled to the brim with chicken. The fries were crispy but needed a little more salt. Overall amazing food and I’ll be here in the upcoming future. The environment isn’t the the best but it is calm and cleanliness is good!“
