“extremely generous portions and fresh ingredients at Hummus Republic. honestly i always get the same thing but it never disappoints - lemon chicken is tasty and the garlic jalapeño tahini is a little spicy so it’s a nice touch. the bowl is huge and stuffed to the brim every time - it lasts me for basically two meals and it’s affordable considering how much food you get (about $15 depending if you add any extras). they also have self-service lemonade - the pomegranate and mango lemonade mix is delicious!“
“Amazing new shwarma place in town. Really glad I stopped by today and tried the beef wrap. The staff is so friendly and helpful.And the wrap I can honestly say it was amazing. This was their 1st day opening.I suspect I'll be a regular customer here.“

“I came in and ordered a Dhoom chicken sandwich and some fried chicken and I noticed they had biryani. In my twenty-two years of living I have never seen biryani on the menu of any halal platter/chicken shack place so I gave it a try expecting it to be mid. They are on par with a few of the restaurants in the area with that biryani and it's actually pretty cheap too at 12 bucks. They put a fair amount of meat in there too, like three pieces with a lot of rice. The Dhoom chicken sandwich was actually fresh and had some good toppings (onions, tomatoes) with tasty sauce. The fried chicken was a little greasy though. Even though Piscataway and NB are full of halal places if you're looking for something unique try these guys.“
“I went there for the first time tonight. (brick,nj) I actually liked the food BUT THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. I had never been there before and was unfamiliar with what and how to order. Apparently the staffthought that was funny and laughed about us and turned arounded to talk BS multiple times. Will not be back there.“

“This was my fist time here, the food was absolutely delicious. I stepped out of my comfort zone, and was not disappointed. The service was great, food came out quick, hot, and delicious. Restaurant was very clean as well. Will definitely be back and will be 100% recommend to everyone!“

“Hey there ? I live in Islamabad, I visited Gyro King, the food is so Delicious and everyone who works there is so sweet and kind also the staff is so kind. We had visited many great places but I loved the Gyro King food. The Araby salad is so good in taste and all the other dishes I tried is also so yummy and delicious. Keep up the good work guys and don't let up on the consistency!“

“I’m a huge fan of this authentic restaurant! As soon as I walked in, the aroma had me. The decor is tasteful and brings you to the origin. The food was incredible, starting with the best bread pockets. Everything was dynamite! We will go back regularly! Top notch place on all levels!!“

“Great ambience with even better food. The server was really good he made us felt welcome and also suggested what we should order. Lamb Adana kababs were very authentic and really tasty I will suggest it as a must have if you like Mediterranean food. Also ordered Tas kabab, it was really good, the meat was really tender and gravy complimented the rice it was served with.“

“We were disappointed they weren’t open for in dining- only takeout. HOWEVER, we were delighted by our order- chicken shawarma and grape leaves. The young lady at the counter was sweet and personable.
We were impressed by the array of herb infused bottled vinegar that address a variety of ailments- curious about their effectiveness but at $50 a bottle didn’t want to gamble it.
We will be back for takeout and look forward to when they are open for dining.“

“Mamoun’s Falafel is hands down the best spot for falafel—crispy on the outside, perfectly fluffy on the inside, and packed with flavor. Their lamb platter is incredible—juicy, tender, and seasoned to perfection. The vegetarian platter is just as amazing, loaded with fresh ingredients and bold flavors.
One thing you have to do is order the garlic sauce and hot sauce they take everything to the next level! The combination of flavors is absolutely delicious, and every bite is satisfying.
If you’re craving authentic, high-quality Mediterranean food, this is the place to go. 10/10 would recommend!“
“Was impressed with the decor, service and food. The BBQ burger was cooked perfectly! Made with fresh meat (not frozen formed patty) - not sure whst the English would be but I know it in Yiddish as “hockfleish.” The BBQ sauce added to the taste of the meat without being overpowering and the onion, pickle, lettuce and the challah bun were all extremely fresh. Looking forward to coming back snd trying the other choices!“

“For a $1000 meal I expect flawless service and unfortunately that was not the case. Drinks ordered during dinner arrived while eating desert. Two times they brought over the wrong drinks and one order they completely forgot.. Also when waiter brings over food he should know who ordered what and not have to ask again. Food was good but service needs improvement if those are the prices you will be charging.“
