Omega Diner & Cafe Reviews
Food not so good. And my dinner was not hot.
Ate here twice in the past week on the way from Boston to Maryland and back. First night was on. Tuesday after 9:00 pm. Service could not have been more courteous, didn’t rush us at all, and had wonderful”diner fare” Turkey dinner and fish & chips. Liked it so much we routes aiurneeturn trip to stop here for dinner on the way back. Great open-faced roast beef, another fish & chips, and the “]waitress special”- grilled cheese with tomato and bacon. Service again was great...read full review

The Omega Diner & Cafe offers a mixed dining experience, with some dishes impressing customers while others fall short. The friendly staff and well-decorated ambiance create a pleasant atmosphere, but there have been issues with incorrect orders and billing errors. The diner is known for its attentive service during special events, where diners enjoyed generous portions and delicious flavors in dishes like the mozzarella and sausage omelette. The cannoli cheesecake is also a standout dessert.
The diner's strengths include its impressive holiday decorations, which have left customers feeling like they were at a Halloween party or amusement park. The desserts, such as the cheesecake and chocolate mousse cake, are consistently praised as delicious. The all-day breakfast options are always delicious, and the menu offers many options, making it a great location for larger parties or groups with different preferences.
The diner has received positive reviews for its great service, attentive staff, and delicious food, including the Athenian panini, Cajun fries, and French onion soup. However, there is room for improvement in terms of consistency in service and food quality, with some customers disappointed by issues like missing bacon in their BLT sandwiches. The diner's location along Route One also makes it a convenient stop for a good meal during a busy drive.
