“Looking for a place to eat some Spanish food in the area, we gladly end up here. Service from the only waitress that night was exceptional and very professional. The place is big and I believe because it was late at night was almost empty, I.saw a lots of take out orders do. Now here you will find the typical freezers/coolers with all kinds of colombian sodas, desserts and what not. They do have a good variety in the bakery section. And the food was surprisingly good with a good flavor and presentation. Prices were reason too. Overall if we ever come back to this area we will be paying a visit to this place again“

“Blueberry pancakes were delicious, fluffy but edges were still crispy! My berry smoothie(modified the oj for almond milk) wasn't as good as the first time I had it, wasn't cold enough or as sweet but ok. I enjoyed my Chipotle omelet. Great service, staff are friendly and welcoming which as started to make it my go to breakfast/brunch spot.“

Their grilled octopus is a special appetizer and the portion is so big that you can have it as your entree. They have great burgers too! I highly recommend them!“

“I had the three sliders this time. They were very good. I wish they had asked me if I wanted cheese on all three. They only had cheese on one. But that's minor. The taste was wonderful. The fries were crispy. And our waiter was wonderful. Kept checking on us. I really like this diner so when I'm down County I try to stop in for something to eat. Definitely recommend this diner“

“Above all this new owner created a new atmosphere that seems very charming and comfortable. For my time here I received chocolate chip pancakes(a stack of four) w/ 2 hash browns and they were very tasty and filling. The chocolate pancakes weren’t too sweet but very carb heavy. I got a crazy potato with a cheese stick. It wasn’t dry nor too moist, the softest part was definitely the inside with the cheese. I also got a sunshine slush and a mango slush. The sunshine was a mango and strawberry mix with the same flavored bubbles and some small jelly cubes that were a happy surprise. The mango slush is much more recommended since it wasn’t too sweet and would relate more towards a frozen agua Fresca so very refreshing and light.

“We mostly order from the catering package, no order is too small or too large, We were accomodated very well. My Favorites are the Kare-Kare, Turon, Fried Chicken, Lumpia, and the Sisig. For Christmas, Thanksgiving, Birthdays, Church Events, etc they will not disappoint.“

“Went for lunch on 1/28. Ordered the turkey BLT and the new grilled chicken, bacon avocado sandwich with ranch and bbq sauce. Both were very good and as expected.
The shortfall was the Matzo ball soup. Came out with literally no flavor. The broth was like something out of a can (I’ve had better canned broth) and bright yellow. Nothing to add extra flavor, I guess gone are the days when it had celery, carrot and onion included, at least here.“

“Delicious food, we had a family breakfast with a variety of options in the menu. I always go for the classic breakfast eggs and home fries with toast. My fam got the filet fish sandwhich so nice and crispy and you can’t go wrong with a lamb wrap with crispy fries, we got onion rings. Lots of tablets and now has a buffet style lunch station with even more fresh options. Def a must have if you’re around the area or ordering to pick up.“

“Overall, Haiku is pretty good, they are consistent and I like them. To my understanding, there are 3 locations around me including the White Plains, Scarsdale and Bronxville locations. I have found that the Bronxville location ONLY charges me for a lesser substititution. I ordered a sushi roll and opted out of TUNA for a substitution that is cheaper in price, and I was charged a fee, again, only at this location, as I have done this at the White Plains/Scarsdale locations and no additional fee was charged. I cannot see why I was charged a fee, like I said, the replacement that I opted for is lesser in price than tuna and I believe the sushi is made fresh everytime, so I would say it was an INCONVENIENCE fee, but in this instance, I don't know if that can be applied, but who knows. Again, only at this location. Just a heads up for fellow customers.“

“The food came hot. It was delicious. Everything was cooked to my liking. The coffee was on point. I have no complaints except it smelled like a lot of syrup when I came in and that’s too crazy over the smell of syrup other than that it was perfect.“
