“Their food is consistently great. We literally won't order from anywhere else. The staff is helpful and efficient. Highly recommend. There's no rating for atmosphere, because it's a take out place.”
“I’ve always ignored the shop sandwiched between Cousins and 7-11 but on impulse I stopped in to order. I made my own bowl and selected the lemon soy dressing. The food was great and that dressing is incredible. I highly recommend it. The portion was on the large side and filling. We ordered the tater tots and the shrimp and broccoli dumplings. I am a fan of the side dish options, they were good. I will probably order here instead of Poke Crew in Closter. This is better quality and slightly less expensive.”
“great staff...remarkable unique corn dogs”

“Pretty much come here for all my Korean Food catering needs. Anything I order is always fresh, tastes great, and reasonably priced. Best bang for the buck value for quality, taste, and price in the area. Always ready on time. Great service. Also pop by regularly for pre-made foods, soups, korean banchan weekly. They also have daily preset lunch menus available as well. That's true value for what you get. Selection changes daily. View website for daily specials.”

“Mario’s Pizzeria is hands down one of the best around! The food is always fresh, delicious, and made with care. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Sal, the owner, is a great guy — friendly, welcoming, and always makes you feel like family when you walk in. It’s the kind of place you look forward to coming back to every week. Highly recommend! 🍕👏”

“My step son asked me to stop here, so he could get a red velvet mocha chocha latte with cold foam drippy peepee. I was just like “sure”. Anyways, once we parked the car and finally enetered the establishment, i realised that i haven’t heard the dramarama song “last cigarette”, which was playing over the store’s PA system, since my high school days. I looked behind the counter and whattayaknow… John Easdale (singer of dramarama) slinging doughnuts like a muffukka. I told him i love him and we embraced eachother.
Coffee is good.”

“After a long awaited trip to the store, it did NOT disappoint! I ordered The Casa, fresh mozzarella and burrata. Life may never be the same and I’ll be making more trips to the Bronx for the best cheese I’ve ever had!”

“If you’re ever in the Bronx and you don’t stop at Gino’s Pastry Shop, you’re missing out on a piece of real New York history. This Arthur Avenue staple has been serving up authentic Italian pastries for decades, and it’s exactly what you want from an old-school bakery — no frills, just flavor and tradition. The cannoli? Legendary. They fill them fresh to order, and the shells are crisp, flaky perfection with creamy ricotta that tastes like it was whipped up by someone’s Nonna in the back. The sfogliatelle and lobster tails are equally iconic — sweet, buttery, and loaded with filling. Don’t sleep on the rainbow cookies either — they’re dense, almondy, and always spot-on. The shop itself is cozy, with that classic Italian-American charm. Gino and the crew treat you like family, whether it’s your first time or your fiftieth. Prices are super fair for the quality, and it’s cash-only — so come prepared. Bottom line: Gino’s isn’t just a pastry shop, it’s a Bronx institution. Worth the trip, worth the calories, and worth every bite.”

“Me and Bae had some errands to run in the bronx and decided to get some food. He's been years back but it was my first time trying them. As soon as we walked in there was a line that was wrapped around the whole place. It's a Lil confusing but we found the back of the line and slowly but surely made our way to the front. We ordered two beef and chicken patties, two coco bread, one meatloaf(beef filled coco bread) and two carrot juice and a ting soda. They get u up outta there fast tho and it's only cash. When we were leaving the line was forming outside the store so just be patient. We couldn't wait to get to the car and tear into everything. The first one I grabbed was the beef and while it was good it wasn't as seasoned as I thought it would be. But the chicken I really enjoyed and it was a Lil spicy. I ate that with the coco bread. Bae put his whole beef patty in his coco bread and devoured it lol but even he admits the beef was better back in the day. All in all I Def will be back for that chicken patty and soft delicious coco bread. Oh and that carrot juice was delicious as well Def recommend grabbing one!”
