“This is by far the best chicken and rice spot in Bergen County and has far surpassed Halal Guys for the freshness, quality, taste, and portions in its platters. I discovered it as a door dasher and their gave it a try and maaaaannnn I was pleasantly suprised. Plus I tried the wings, as a wing aficionados and HOT DAMN, their Buffalo flavored wings are off the chain. They dont do the BS breaded wings so many places do these days. It just buffalo styled wings. I have also tried their shakes - cinnamon toast crunch and it's the 💣diggity. Such a large menu that I need to try more stuff.

Not only is the food great but the service is top notch. Hopefully you get to meet the wonderful and beautiful lady name Darlene that works the front. She is absolutely incredible.“

“GERMAN DONER KEBAB - AN ENLIGHTENMENT If you're from Berlin, it feels like there's a kebab store on every other corner. So I can recognize and judge a kebab when I see it. Even just leaving Berlin and Brandenburg, the kebab experience changes within Germany. The further you get away from Berlin, the worse the kebabs get. Some time ago in New York, I discovered one or two places trying to make a kebab. Unfortunately, I have not yet been able to find a proper kebab in New York, despite the name kebab. What was being sold was called a kebab, but had very little to do with a kebab and tasted even less like a kebab. All the more enlightenment then... the recommendation of a friend living in Brooklyn. "German Doner Kebab" in Brooklyn. And then the first kebab there since 2018 here in New York. I can't even describe how happy I was. It looked like a kebab, it tasted like a kebab and came pretty close to a kebab from Berlin. Really well made. Incl. tax 12.51 dollars is a bit steep, but still good value for New York. The portion was good and filling. Everything is really fresh and well seasoned. The bread was just as it should be, thin and crispy. This was pretty much the best kebab I've had in a very, very long time (with the exception of one visit to Berlin). I will definitely go back there again. GERMAN DONER KEBAB - EINE ERLEUCHTUNG Wenn man aus Berlin kommt, hat man gefühlt an jeder zweiten Ecke einen Dönerladen. Ich kann also einen Döner erkennen und beurteilen, wenn ich ihn sehe. Allein schon Berlin und Brandenburg verlassend wird das mit dem Döner innerhalb von Deutschland anders. Je weiter man sich von Berlin entfernt, desto schlechter werden die Döner. In New York entdeckte ich schon vor einiger Zeit den einen oder anderen Anbieter mit dem Versuch, einen Döner zu machen. Bisher konnte ich leider in New York trotz Bezeichnung Döner keinen ordentlichen Döner entdecken. Das was da verkauft wurde, heißt zwar Döner, hatte mit Döner aber recht wenig zu tun und schmeckte noch viel weniger nach einem Döner. Um so mehr dann die Erleuchtung... die Empfehlung eines Freundes in Brooklyn lebend. "German Doner Kebab" in Brooklyn. Und dort dann der erste Döner seit 2018 hier in New York. Ich kann gar nicht beschreiben, wie sehr ich mich gefreut hatte. Es sah aus wie ein Döner, es schmeckte wie ein Döner und kam schon recht nah an einen Döner aus Berlin heran. Richtig gut gemacht. Incl. Tax 12,51 Dollar ist zwar sportlich, aber für New York wiederum preiswert. Die Portion ordentlich und sättigend. Wirklich alles frisch und gut gewürzt. Das Brot genau so wie es sein muss, dünn und knusprig. Also das war seit sehr sehr langer Zeit so ziemlich der beste Döner (mit Ausnahme einem Besuch in Berlin), den ich seit langer Zeit gegessen habe. I added grilled chicken, mushrooms, black olives, and extra mozzarella to mine, and it turned out exactly the way I wanted. The pizzas were prepared surprisingly quickly and served piping hot straight from the oven. The ingredients tasted fresh, the crust was perfectly baked, and everyone in our group really enjoyed their meal. We had the tacos, regular bowl with carnitas and fajita bowl with steak and pina-mango drink. Food was very tasty and freshly made. Will come back to try El Pastor. “I go here often for lunch. Plenty of variety, and fairly quick service. I always get the ribs from Tejas + kids mac n cheese. Everything else was good too, but the Thai food here is lacking (they used italian pasta for the pad see eew (not rice noodles) and pasta was very al dente both times i tried here). Havent seen if they improved for that restaurant yet but I always come back for Tejas!“

“My first visit to Wingstop was a bit of a disappointment, as I tried their bone-in wings and found them to be underwhelming. However, a friend encouraged me to give it another go, this time with the boneless wings, and I'm so glad I did! The boneless wings were absolutely fantastic—tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked, with the Hot Honey flavor standing out as especially delicious (Garlic-Parm was a show stopper too, but skip the KBBQ). Great value for the quality and portion size, too.

“For the past 3 years Mordi’s has provided box lunches for The Manhattan Cup, a charity fishing tournament that gets over 50 post combat at risk veterans out fishing along with our sponsors and supporters. Putting together over 250 lunches is no small task and Mordi and his team execute flawlessly within a tight and chaotic time window the morning of the event. The sandwiches are outrageously delicious and in just about everyone’s top 5 of all time. The crispy chicken italiano is hands down the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever eaten. “We went there for the first time today. Service was prompt and courteous. Since we couldn't decide from all the options, the owner was nice enough to throw in an order of fries. Unexpected and very nice. Good crinkle cut fries! Cheesesteaks (one chicken) were very good. Seeded semolina bread, always like that! Reminded us of Christos, which is a compliment, but this is closer (bonus!). Hot dog on potato bun was perfect and much bigger than bun. Only 2 suggestions : a few more seats; menu says shakes and fountain sodas available. They're not. Not a big fan of Boylans. Place is very clean. We will definitely be back.“
