I have made the random stop for a Slice of Memories when in the area and they still make a fabulous 🍕. “This is a great place to sit and have a meal with a friend or family. I've been to Merendino's several times and each time I was treated with a very friendly, warm , welcoming demeanor. The staff and owners are very courteous and ready to please and serve. The food is very delicious I recommend the meatball sub with mozzarella 😎. “We’ve been going to Illiano’s nearly 36 years. It’s been great since day 1. We usually do takeout and find the pizza, subs and garlic knots to be the best in Monmouth County. When we moved out of town about 3 years ago we tried to find something that was comparable and closer, but that didn’t work out so make the trip back just about every Friday night. We highly recommend them!“
