“What a hidden gem! A small, cozy, family-run restaurant with an exceptionally high level of quality and attention to detail. The pizza from their tabun oven is absolutely incredible, honestly some of the best I’ve had outside of Italy.
And don’t let the focus on pizza fool you. Their pastas, ravioli, and other dishes are just as impressive and made to the same high standard.
The prices are extremely reasonable for this level of food, especially compared with many places charging much more for far less quality. Amazing value for money, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and genuinely wonderful people. Wishing this family lots of success. They truly deserve it!“

“Wow the pizza was amazing. Love the thin crust, the sauce was good. Just yummy. Next time I’d only order just pepperoni cause the bacon was just ok. We ordered an appetizer of fried ravioli (skip appetizers, just get pizza. Trust me) the vibes of the place were great after a day in the ocean.“

“We had a catered affair from Prima Pizza at our VFW Post. Food was delicious. The fettuccine carbonara was so tasty. Eggplant rollatini was cooked to perfection. Definitely 5 Stars.“

“We ate at Franny’s yesterday after attending a scouting merit badge class nearby. Everything was amazing. We communicated ahead of time to ensure they could accommodate our party of 16 and were able to place our order ahead of time too. Everything was seamless as we walked in with a table ready and the pizza immediately arrived fresh from the oven. The pizza was a perfect crispy thin crust and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. The staff was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant.“

“We order peel every week. The pizza is consistently very good, both their regular pies and speciality pies. We are even more impressed by their other food including pasta dinners, the Caesar Wrap and the Chicken Parm sub (our favorite with great bread and amazing fresh moz). The people are very super friendly and delivery is always fast. 2 years in ocean now and we’ve tried every spot and settled on Peel.“

“Incredibly delicious pizza. I’ve tried many around here over the years. Your pizza is by far the best. Crispy pepperoni, flavorful cheese and sauce. 10/10! That chicken parm pizza 🤤 wow. The appetizers weren’t always great but the pizza is sooooooooo good.“

“First timer and had a square plain. Some of the best crust I've ever had. The sourdough is delightful. The pie came out looking much heavier than it actually was. Stayed crispy the entire meal. Delicious and can't wait to order again. Bonus that the establishment is Veteran owned 🇺🇸 Great service.“

“They’re around the corner but so are tons of other pizza places. They always deliver way sooner than they say and in great shape. I prefer restaurants that have their own delivery service instead of delivery apps because if there is an issue, they immediately fix it. You’re getting it straight from them! Great food!“

“We spent the day at Capelli Sports complex for a lacrosse showcase. At the end of the event we had a long drive ahead. We ordered 3 pizzas to take with us on our drive. Everyone was so accommodating and made sure our delicious pizza was ready as soon as we we heading out! Thankful for the wonderful folks that work there and the great pizza!“

“So, we’re from boston and are visiting my son. Not too much to choose from around here in terms of restaurants. But suddenly I see a sign Minas Grill and went in just because of the word grill. It’s Brazilian! My heart is singing! Great coffee, the food is like home cooked. Loved the cheese bread and you can shop here too! Lovely warm people and so helpful! “Went over to see the new and improved slices in the new location, brand new , clean, and the food is always delicious. Saw the owner wished him good luck on the new location. Shook my hand and said thank you back. Let’s not forget his years of service to raising the bar for the Jersey shore area. The manger Ron , the pizza chef Israel have always done whatever I ask for. “Got a pepperoni slice and a coke for $6. Slice was pretty big, alot of cheese and a lot of pepperoni which made it too heavy for the crust so I had to fold it. Very greasy but that's from all the pepperoni so id rather it be greasy with a lot of meat then not as much. Definitely will go back“

“Mangia was amazing!! I called at 11am this Sunday morning and they were able to accommodate 6 large pizzas to our house by 12:30!! The gaggle of cheerleaders were so very happy to have pizza after their game!! Thank you Mangia! 10 out of 10!!“
