“I went here last night with my girlfriend. I was blown away by the food. I haven't had a dinner this good in a long time. The main course pizza was amazing. The service was top notch and the atmosphere was beautiful and romantic. Everything we ordered passed my high expectations. The garlic Zeppoli's 10/10.Snow white and margherita pizza 10/10. The cannoli's and tiramisu were the best I have ever had. Truly an all around 5 star experience.
-The live music was also 10/10. Luigi is a very talented singer!“

“Place is a hidden treasure. Food is outstanding! The waiters were very welcoming, funny and very attentive without rushing us before we could ask for anything they were right there. The owner is super sweet with a beautiful personality. He makes you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in. The food was phenomenal every dish was seasoned perfectly and portions were plentiful. The prices very reasonable for the service and food quality they provide. This is so far our favorite Italian cuisine restaurant I'm so glad we live close by we will be back. If I could give a 10 star I would!“

“Phenomenal from start to finish!! We were lucky to have the place to ourselves for an early dinner. Dani, co-owner & chef, greeted us with a warm welcome. You could tell right away she had a genuine interest in making our experience special. We started out with a creamy, simple burrata that came with homemade focaccia. The bread was SO perfect. We each had salmon with Israeli couscous and broccolini. The salmon was cooked to perfection and paired nicely with the wine suggested by Dani. Then dessert…it was so difficult to pick just one!!! So we got three! Ana, the other owner, is the evil genius behind the to die for desserts!! Tiramisu, mascarpone cheesecake (we took it to go) and an apple cider donut with vanilla ice cream. (The donut was so absolutely divine that my boyfriend ordered a second serving!!) And can I just say the cappuccinos were on point! My mouth is watering just thinking about it all again! I hope others visit and enjoy the fabulous food, service and atmosphere at Mambo. We don’t live around the corner, but will definitely make the drive back because the whole experience was just that good. I wish Dani and Ana much success. “This is my 2nd time try , they carry upside down Sicilian pies , no other pizzeria does it in the area , couple of weeks ago I tried same style pizza in NY , tonight I decided to give it a try , great pizza & a decent customer service , that style pie takes over half hour to be made , you need to be patient , it is really worth a try , will be back .“

“The traditional Italian sub ("#1") was reviewed as the best sub in New Jersey, and I completely agree, except for the fact that their #4 sub (hot prosciutto) might be even better. The folks there are already. Be aware, cash only. There is a small parking lot behind the building with a very narrow driveway and an onto Fairmount St, so maybe it's better to come in from that direction.“

“My husband and I had another terrific meal at Broadway Bistro last evening.
We ordered from the special prix fixe menu that had so many great choices, it was hard to choose.
We settled on the scallops over polenta and the spring rolls with teryaki to start, and the panko horseradish flounder and grilled shrimp salad. Desert was the poached pear with raspberry sorbet.
Everything was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. The wait staff is friendly and extremely efficient, and just make dining there such a terrific experience!“

“Had a fabulous dinner on a recent Sunday evening. Several specials offered in addition to the regular menu. Eggplant rollatini and pasta with vodka sauce are always delicious, and seafood entrees are especially good (always fresh and portions are generous). Our server, Edward, was attentive, friendly, and helpful. One of our favorite casual neighborhood restaurants. Highly recommend.“

“The food here is excellent. Started with the artichokes and burrata, super fresh, super flavorful. Perfect sized dishes to start. We then had the mussels special and eggplant dish. Both fabulous. For mains we had the sea bass and lamb parpadelle, incredible! Braised for 9 hours, it was delectable. The service is wonderful, everyone is so kind. The restaurant is beautiful inside, perfect dining experience. Can’t wait to go back and try new menu items.“

“My good friend and myself stumbled into Dolce Vita not too long ago when it was the only restaurant in Nyack that was opened very late. We struck gold. We have been back several times and the food, the service, the owner, the atmosphere are the very best . All are wonderful.“

“Our group of six were sat inside the main room. The decor is beautifully decorated with a welcoming atmosphere. We had a mix of specials and menu items. The appetizers and dinners were delicious full servings. The dessert plate offered a mouth watering selection. The friendly owner came to the table twice to explain the specials, and to make sure that everything was good with our meals. Our table was well attended to by servers, and the byob service allows for a great meal at a very reasonable price. I look forward to returning to try the outdoor seating when the weather is cooler. This is by far one of the best restaurants in Ridgewood.“
