“Place is a hidden treasure. Food is outstanding! The waiters were very welcoming, funny and very attentive without rushing us before we could ask for anything they were right there. The owner is super sweet with a beautiful personality. He makes you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in. The food was phenomenal every dish was seasoned perfectly and portions were plentiful. The prices very reasonable for the service and food quality they provide. This is so far our favorite Italian cuisine restaurant I'm so glad we live close by we will be back. If I could give a 10 star I would!“

“The staff were incredibly kind. I didn’t realize the branzino was breaded and I’m gluten-free. When I got my dish I let them know of the misunderstanding and they replaced my dish with no questions asked. The manager came over multiple times to check on us throughout the meal and then they brought us a free dessert that specifically fit my dietary restrictions. They went out of their way to make me feel like a normal person without all my dietary issues. It meant so much to me and the food was great!“

“Verana is hands down one of the best dining experiences in Bergen County. The food is consistently incredible, from the homemade pastas to the perfectly cooked seafood and steaks. You can really tell there’s attention to detail in every dish. The atmosphere feels upscale but still warm and comfortable, and the service was professional without being pretentious. Easily a restaurant you can go to for a special occasion or just a great night out. Can’t wait to come back.“

“Had a two-night stay at the Marriott in Teaneck, NJ, and ate at Pancetta. Highly recommend asking for Moni—she was exceptionally busy but still managed to give us attentive, excellent service. Food-wise, my margarita was a bit sharp, but some agave fixed it right up. My wife’s Prosecco was perfect, and her chicken parmigiana was tender and delicious. My braised lamb shank had great flavor, though it was a bit too chewy for my liking. Overall, a good spot to check out if you're in the area!“

The food is incredible, the service is wonderful, the setting is perfect, I love how small and intimate it is, and I love the fact that’s family owned. Yesterday, when we got our order to Sloatsburg, there was an omission in the order ( we really should have checked before we left). As always, Dom’s went above and beyond to make this right. They drove my order to Sloatsburg and included several delicious extras! Their catering always makes our events delicious, but yesterday they made it extra delicious. “On December 12th my law office had their holiday luncheon at this wonderful restaurant. I also ordered a tray of meat lasagna for Christmas. If you have never had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant, I suggest you run - do not pass go - and get your butt there and eat the most delicous food on this planet. The chef created the meat lasagna - a simple dish - and elevated to something that just melts in your mouth with deliciousness. LOVE LOVE LOVE this restaurant!!“

“Just had an amazing Thursday evening here. The happy hour prices are not to be beat, the food is delicious (the tostones and guac!), and the atmosphere is lovely. We sat on the patio and listened to great jazz, with good service (from the owner!) and surrounded by a lovely cross-section of the neighborhood.“
