“Place is a hidden treasure. Food is outstanding! The waiters were very welcoming, funny and very attentive without rushing us before we could ask for anything they were right there. The owner is super sweet with a beautiful personality. He makes you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in. The food was phenomenal every dish was seasoned perfectly and portions were plentiful. The prices very reasonable for the service and food quality they provide. This is so far our favorite Italian cuisine restaurant I'm so glad we live close by we will be back. If I could give a 10 star I would!“

“Verana is hands down one of the best dining experiences in Bergen County. The food is consistently incredible, from the homemade pastas to the perfectly cooked seafood and steaks. You can really tell there’s attention to detail in every dish. The atmosphere feels upscale but still warm and comfortable, and the service was professional without being pretentious. Easily a restaurant you can go to for a special occasion or just a great night out. Can’t wait to come back.“

“On December 12th my law office had their holiday luncheon at this wonderful restaurant. I also ordered a tray of meat lasagna for Christmas. If you have never had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant, I suggest you run - do not pass go - and get your butt there and eat the most delicous food on this planet. The chef created the meat lasagna - a simple dish - and elevated to something that just melts in your mouth with deliciousness. LOVE LOVE LOVE this restaurant!!“

“Reno’s is a hidden gem in Yonkers. We recently celebrated my mother in law’s 90th there with about 30 plus people and we couldn’t have had a better day. “I order pretty frequently from Dom’s in Nanuet since I work nearby. Yesterday, when we got our order to Sloatsburg, there was an omission in the order ( we really should have checked before we left). As always, Dom’s went above and beyond to make this right. They drove my order to Sloatsburg and included several delicious extras! Their catering always makes our events delicious, but yesterday they made it extra delicious. Dom’s has amazing food and even better service.“

The food was fantastic. We started with the clams oreganata. The white wine sauce made an excellent accompaniment. My husband had the ribeye steak accompanied by shrimp scampi, broccolini, and mashed potatoes. I tried the grilled veal chop. With mixed vegetables and roasted potatoes, it was superb. “I have had always had a great experience at IL Sole! The service always stands out, our server is always polite, attentive, and incredibly fast, constantly checking in to make sure our table had everything we needed. They are also very accommodating, which makes the whole experience even better.

The food is always hot and absolutely delicious, everything is fresh, flavorful, and the drinks are just as enjoyable as the meal.

What really sets this place apart is how welcoming they are to families. If you have babies or strollers, they go out of their way to make you comfortable instead of making you feel like an inconvenience (which sadly happens at other places). They truly create a relaxed, inclusive environment where everyone can enjoy themselves.

Was fantastic. Was batted down thin and breaded and seasoned to perfection. VERY tender, I only had to use my folk to cut. The marinara was fresh semi chunky lite delicious and perfect. The fresh bread came in handy to clean up my plate. My wife has a fresh pasta marinara dish and NO complaints there.
