As for the pizza ? we traveled here from Cape Cod in search of the best pizza from Rockland County NY through Bergen County NJ. We eventually landed here at Petrillos and met John and his parents working behind the counter. An old school hard-working family making traditional pizzas. We were blown away by what they had created, a super tasty combination of classic sauce and the perfect amount of cheese on a slightly crispy underbody with a soft but crisp crust. We ordered 13 pizzas that day, 10 plain,1 green pepper & onion, and 2 chicken cutlet and cherry pepper. After trying the Chicken cutlet and cherry pepper I called the next morning and ordered 3 more...wow it was awesome. Upon picking up the pizzas Sunday morning we discovered John making breakfast on the flat-top grill so my wife ordered French toast and bacon, yum! We gave this establishment a 5-star review but on a scale of 1-10 we gave our highest review 9.8 only because there has to be room for something higher, we just haven't found it yet. I vaguely remember them being in a different location though.....on the corner adjacent to them.....where CVS is now (they expanded that space). The place is small with no tables. There's just a couple of stools by the window. We always order delivery though. Family run by husband, wife and son. They are all very nice and delivery is always within 30 minutes.I've tried a bunch of things from there. Egg sandwiches, cold cut sandwiches, BLTs, burgers, pasta salad, fries etc. I haven't disliked anything. Their fries are a must get! Not sure why they're so good, but they are.As for the pricing, everything is under $10 which is great!Definitely check them out!“
