“After one of the most stressful days of my life, I have give a shout out to this particular Jersey Mikes store. I’m a mom of three and had been running around ALL day for the sake of my kids. Getting two to before school activities, getting another to a different school on time, getting a call from school for one kid being sick, running errands, going to work, getting kids from bus stops, getting kid from after school program and a slew of other things I’ve blocked out ( you know “Mom stuff”) I decided to treat my littles to a sandwich for a quick dinner. It’s their birthday tomorrow so my daughter proudly wore her birthday crown into the store and proceeded to be her friendly self with the staff. We ordered our subs and went to pay but somewhere in my travels I misplaced my debit card. Embarrassed, I apologized to the staff for my negligence and promised to return for our food after going home to get my card. The 3 staff behind the counter simply smiled at me and slid the bag across the counter to my daughter and said “Happy Birthday”. That has got to be the nicest thing that could have happened today. Thanking them about 5 times and still promising to come back with payment I was told not to worry about it, all was good. Long story short, I climbed into my car with my kids and found my debit card between my car seat. I ran back inside to settle up now that I found my card, they still told me “nope, you’re good ma’am”. I just want to say how grateful I am and how sweet a gesture it was they made to a slightly overwhelmed mom. Thank you so much.“

“There were 3 young men working when I arrived on Thursday to pick up lunch for my co-workers and I. They were all very nice and helpful as it was my first time there. One cooked our food, one rang me up and gave me menues for home and work, and one invited me back over the weekend for a charity event they were sponsoring. Kudos to all of you! I brought the sandwiches back to work, and everyone absolutely loved it! All of the food was so fresh and delicious! We even ordered again the next day! “Tiny Sub Shop that doesn't disappoint. Had a very good amount of meat & just enough lettuce, tomatoes & onions not to overshadow the sandwich. Had a whole #1 and couldn't eat the entire sandwich. This place beats the heck out of chain places.“

I had the All Italian meat combo large sandwich (14 inch) be careful to be really hungry to finish it.

“I went to Just Subs to place an order for a gathering involving a large number of people. I had reviewed the menu and had come up with a figure of $300.00, which by my calculations would provide enough subs, salads and sides for all involved. Probably with some left over. Joe the owner and his employee Desire questioned me about the number of people I wished to serve, and at that point told me that I was ordering too much food! Upon Joe's advice, I ordered a menu which came to a final total of $215.00! Everything was delicious, and there was some left over, just as Joe supposed there would be. It was a nice, professional gesture on his part, and a good way to treat a customer.“

“living in the area, Fritz’s is a staple for my boyfriend and i. their Fritz’s style egg sandwich is a classic - bread is soft, sausage is a little small but THICK, and the ghost pepper cheese is nice and spicy. i’ve been there more times than i can count but still somehow get the same sandwich each time. i do ask them to cut it in half for me as it’s just easier to eat that way. my boyfriend typically gets the ultimate ham sandwich which he loves. on this particular day, he got their pesto sandwich with eggplant and found it to be delicious.

their desserts are fantastic (particularly the raspberry bar - crunchy, sweet, and a little tangy from the jam) and their coffee is fresh and tasty. double shot of espresso over ice is refreshing and has a yummy coffee flavor.

truffle fries are AMAZING. incredible truffle flavor, which is rather difficult to do, and crunchy every time. they’re great as is, but a side of garlic aioli is an awesome addition. we frequent Fritz’s before rutgers basketball games, and it’s something that we both enjoy thoroughly. 5 stars all around!“

“I order from here often, breakfast and lunch. I have never had anything that was less than great. My favorite for breakfast is the French Toast, lunch I would say the Debs Delight sandwich. The macaroni salad is perfection. Shireen (I am sorry if I misspelled that) is always great to talk to on the phone when I order. She is so friendly and helpful. This is the best spot to order from in and around South Plainfield.“

“I went to Subworks recently, and it was great! The staff was super friendly, and the service was quick. They have a lot of sub options, and the portions are really big.

I tried the Buffalo Chicken sub, and it was so tasty! The bread was fresh and crispy, and the meats and veggies were really good. Everything was balanced perfectly, and they didn’t hold back on the ingredients.

The place was clean and comfortable, which made the experience even better. Overall, I think Subworks is a great spot if you want a filling, delicious sub at a good price. I’ll definitely be back!“

“Sandwich Station-Colonia ,Nj was my three children’s go to after school - especially on Tuesdays! For 4-years while they attended High School. All now in college now and finally got time to order so I decided to Order ( My very first time). I ordered the Chef Salad which was just fantastic! So Fresh! The cucumbers sliced Perfectly- not thick cute like other places! I also ordered a side of chicken and I was so surprised how much was given - nice portion! Had a few of the kids fries! Heavenly!!! Not like the others putting only 4-6 slices of 1/8" thick (should be 8-10 with no egg). Really thin tastes better just like at the deli. A first for me with the porkroll. Good idea.
