Not only are her donuts ridiculously delicious, she was super accommodating and always quick to respond when we had any questions or concerns. She even let us borrow a donut wall and stands for the big day! Whether you want to treat yourself or have something fun and unique for a special event, Lauren and her donuts will not disappoint😊“

“Absolutely! They made a wonderful dessert table for my daughters 6th birthday. We had a donut cake, and additional donuts on trays for desserts. All different flavors, and they seperated any containing nuts for my guests. They delivered it locally for us! THEY WERE SOOOO GOOD! THANK YOU!“

“This place is just amazing! There were 5 of us and we all ordered something different. Everything we got was delicious- we all tried each other's dishes. There's a little bit of everything to satisfy even the pickiest eater. I would just drive her (over a 2 hour drive for me) just to come eat here. I need this place closer to home, lol.“

“Hands down the best donuts I have ever had. Always so soft and cakey with an insane selection of flavors. My coworkers love it when I bring these in. The strawberry cheesecake, pina colada, coffee, blueberry, apple pie, coconut, and classic glazed were some of my favorites. Will be coming back here again and again for sure! Highly highly recommend (plus there’s plenty of indoor seating if you want to hang around and enjoy in-house!)“

“5 Stars - Fast, Friendly, and Always Fresh!
I'm writing this review specifically for the Dunkin' Donuts located on 563 Northfield Ave in WestOrange NJ! I use the drive-thru almost every morning, and this location is consistently fantastic. The service is always quick, even when the line is wrapped around the building. The employees at the drive-thru window are genuinely friendly, greet you with a smile, and have never messed up my order, which is a huge win for a coffee shop.
The food and drink quality is also top-notch. My coffee is always made perfectly—hot/iced exactly as requested and never watered down. The breakfast sandwiches are fresh and hot, and the donuts are soft. This team runs a well-oiled machine, making my rushed mornings so much easier. Highly recommend this Dunkin' for anyone on the go!“

“The workers were very nice. Unfortunately the matcha that I bought looked like it barely had enough matcha powder in it. It just tasted like sugar water. Not to be rude, but for $6, It'd be nice to have the right amount. Sadly, it seemed like the workers were having a bit of a challenge. I didn't understand why until after I walked away with my drink. I feel bad and don't want them to get in trouble, but I also don't want to waste my money...“

“They have recently been under new ownership, and while I've enjoyed the way it was previously ran, it is even better now! Staff is super friendly and always greeting me with a smile. I also have to say THANK YOU for always getting my coffee just right! Some other Dunkins don't make it the same way every visit, but this one makes it correctly every single time. Make this Dunkin your main one, you will not regret it!“

“I've been a several Dunkin' around NYC, but I like this one. They have quick and friendly service. The food was excellent, and the coffee was HOT which I enjoyed very much.
Vegetarian options: Avocado sandwich
Parking: It's in the shopping plaza, so it has plenty of parking spots.
Wheelchair accessibility: I'm not quite sure about thar.“

“This was my first time visiting this Dunkin location. I have been to many others. I am from Toronto, canada, and I was in town for work.The service was friendly and fast.The restaurant was clean and the food was exactly as I ordered. I had the sourdough breakfast sandwich and the raspberry refresher drink with green tea. Overall I was very happy with this visit. I saw the other reviews, and some were not good. However, I had a very pleasant visit to this Dunkin. I can't find one thing to complain about honestly.“

“The place and atmosphere is great. The staff is amazing. Dunkin all around even though serve the same menu but here they make sure you get a pleasant experience for good food. My experience was very nice, even on a busy day they made an effort to make you have a good experience. The drinks and food that we tried were very good. I would definitely recommend it.“

Despite not having a drive thru this location still churns out orders in a timely fashion and the more I come in the more they recognize me and the friendlier they are. “I see this Dunkin has gotten some pretty bad reviews, but my experience was completely opposite. We stopped in early in the morning before hitting the road on vacation. Yes, the staff was Indian but had no issues with them speaking English and they were extremely nice. They even gave our 7 year old some free munchkins before we even placed our order. \nI normally would not review a Dunkin Donuts, but I distinctly remember telling my wife how polite they were as we walked out and then seeing the bad reviews on here I felt the need to comment.“
“This Dunkin’ is run by very nice folks. I often order boxes of coffee & hot chocolate for events. They are always ready with my order, friendly, helpful and kind. They even recognize me. Has a nice neighborhood feel.“

“The owner here is very kind and cares of his business. He is always talking to his employees with care and wanting to find resolution to any problems they might have. When we went in, he was behind the counter helping and taking care of other parts of the shop. How truly amazing is that, that the owner of this location cares so much that he puts himself in the shoes of his employees and works hands on to make sure everything is taken care of?“

“I’m averaging out my rating… many times we get coffee and donuts and sometimes it tastes funny sometimes it’s good. There’s only been one visit where it was 1 star. We bought a couple orders of the bagel bites and it was cold, the cream cheese tasted rotten and the whole thing had a weird smell like a hospital smell. 🤮“
