“Mistakes happen. It’s not about whether one makes mistakes or not but about how one handles them. I was told by them that one of our party orders got slightly messed up last minute, but offered quick close alternatives. It took them an extra half hour to make the new dish. Was it the dish I wanted originally? No. but did they do their absolute best to make sure that my party wasn’t ruined? Absolutely! and that’s what matters at the end of the day. And they handed me the food that got slightly messed up PLUS the new dish.

We have ordered from them several times and this was the first time such a thing happened. Thank you for a sincere service and holding yourself upto high standards. Will absolutely order from you again.“

“Clean and Neat place. Customer service needs to be a little more improved. I heard from my friend that they showed a lot of attitude. I can understand that not everyone has that skill to handle the customer, but pointing it out so that it can be improved. Because place is nice neat and clean. Only this can add on if corrected.“
