You will never need to go back to over-priced, poor quality “ premium” coffees again( yes, I’m looking at you, Starbucks) If you like your brew enough to pay extra for it, this is a great find.I just noticed some poor reviews - I’m not sure you should expect employees at a shop (so-called “baristas”) to be expert or to make invented coffee drinks to your (or any) taste.. I don’t expect a modestly paid part-time to know much or make a “specialty drink.” To quote Quentin Tarantino, “ I buy the god stuff. ‘ Cause I want t taste it” If your “drink” is terrible, send it back.“

“Great coffee, We stopped at Roast’d coffee shop before heading to NYC, great experience; the pour over coffee was fantastic. Johan was quite friendly explaining different coffee beans as he roasted them and brews the coffee. I tried the espresso as well brewed from 3 different beans, very tasty. Now this is our favorite place to have coffee when traveling to NYC. We talked with local customers, so good vibes and recommendations. Awesome place if you love good coffee.“

Today in particular I asked the owner for a hot coffee but with sugar free stuff as I’m diabetic. She came through with a tasty, hot sugar free coffee that was out of this world. “Lovely coffee shop with very friendly and helpful staff. I was asking about their Pride Blend and they offered a sample. I ended up getting the salted lavender lemonade which they also recommended and it was amazing! Their apple croissant was also very good -- flaky, crispy, and just sweet enough.“

“Lucky to have this location close to home. Taking good care that shoppers are jacked and gloved. They spray the wagons. AlwAys helpful and plenty of good selections. You might have to wait in line a bit, but they do use the 6 ft distance rule. Bravo.“

“I recently tried their iced matcha latte and took a chance on the rose syrup and oat milk: it was such a great combination! I saw the baristas whisking which meant a richer and real matcha flavor, which is much appreciated! Would come back and sit next time.“
