“This is the best shawarma in the tris state area. I drive to this place from East Harlem in Manhattan almost twice a month. I like their chicken shawarma so much. Also their French fries are delicious.
The restaurant has a great seating area downstairs and it is family friendly.
Their home-made white ice cream with pistachio is so tasty. Also, the other desserts they serve are so mummy. Great place to eat with the family.

“The restaurant has wonderful specials that come with entree, side, and a can of soda. There sides are not the average fries or rice but more exquisite like papa la huancaina and different types of sauces from green, the usual yellow, and orange.their lunch prices with all that was mentioned is only $15 which is an amazing price. The food was delicious and the helpful man that worked there offers their customers daily specials sent to you. Great customer service. The only downfall is looking for parking. Also if you don’t speak Spanish make sure you make use of a translation app.“

Still, the entire menu was available, where in some places what you can order is restricted and not everything on the menu is available to order. I do have a couple of gripes, but overall, the food was very, very good. The service, while very friendly, was pretty slow. There were only three tables occupied, although there was a Christmas party going on upstairs, so maybe that was why things were slow. Happily we're retired and were in no hurry to get anywhere, so I probably shouldn't complain. We shared the mussels in a zesty marina sauce, which were as good as any I've ever had. “It was my first time trying a chimi sandwich and I was impressed it is basically a Dominican burger with coleslaw. The chimi is well seasoned and toasted to perfection. The chicharron Mofongo was really bad however. It was dry and greasy. I really liked the chimi but the Mofongo is not good at all.“
