“Better than “Asad’s Hot Chicken” hands down baaabbbyyyyyy!!!!!!!! The sandwich is heavy when you pick it up too! The flavor is everything, and the coleslaw on the chicken sandwich is fire. Now I dnt even like but the one this place makes is great. Only thing I would say, is to use purple cabbage instead of green for a little variety of color in the sandwich, and to add a little more acidity into the coleslaw as well but you still get that acid from the huge pickles on the sandwich anyway. The fries are exceptionally seasoned, unlike Asad’s fries, which are plain. Their dipping sauce is really good it’s nice and sweet. Which pair is very well with the spiciness of the chicken and fries. The chicken is very moist. Just melts in your mouth lol. they use brioche buns for the chicken sandwiches, which are a very nice fluffy and flavorful bread. Everything about this fried chicken branch is above and beyond. “Tried for the first time yesterday. Ordered 4 combo meals that comes with fries and a can soda. Price wise their combos are $3-$4 cheaper than Wingstop. We tried the garlic parm, hot, Cajun, and hot lemon pepper. First the fries that come with the combo are crinkle cut style and you get a good portion and they were probably the best fries I've had compared to some of the other pizza places or restaurants that serve fries. They were huge and cooked to perfection. The flavor of all the wings were good and were seasoned and sauced evenly. My only negative would be on one of the combos we got an extra small drum and for my wings I think they were fried a little too hard for my taste. also I ordered my combo with shrimp fried rice. The fried rice was good but the shrimp were on the smallish side. But overall good value for your money and great tasting wings and the portion and crispness of fries were a great bonus. “I tried chicken and tteokbokki here. You can choose chicken in small, medium, and large sizes, and the small size costs about $15 for one person (picture attached). You can choose between Korean BBQ, Soy Galic, and Spicy sauce, but I personally recommend soy galic. You can also choose half and half sauce. Don't expect the taste to be the same as Kyochon Chicken, but if you go when you miss chicken a lot, you will be somewhat satisfied. (But the Coleslaw tasted better than I expected.) The tteokbokki was also really delicious, so I recommend it. The price is reasonable and the staff is so friendly that I would like to go again.“

Why pay $20 for a mediocre burger when you can pay half that for some delicious, greasy perfection. I came in to Stadium Grill before a recent hockey game with some friends for brunch. Sporting sandwiches, pizzas, BREAKFAST pizzas, and more, we split a sausage Boli platter. Bolis are Stadium Grill's specialty; an edible cup made from pizza dough, filled with egg, cheese, and meat, topped with Everything Bagel seasoning and served with a side of ketchup or spicy ketchup (the spicy ketchup is simply hot sauce mixed in with their ketchup). While I'd prefer to eat Boli's with marinara, the Boli's themselves are amazing. One platter comes with enough Boli's to feed 4 hungry dudes and each Boli is densely packed with protein. The seasoning adds much needed salt and packs so much flavor. It's a must get for groups. Stadium might not be fancy, but it's a fast, affordable, and delicious way to prep before watching a game.“

It's a bit spendy for a chicken sandwich, but is justified by how well it is done. my only qualm is that there is no indoor seating, but there is a nice willow tree down the street that you can sit at.“

“New to the neighborhood, (single dad night off) searched "bars near me" on google and 2 Street Pub popped up first on my search list. I'd never been there on New Years and I typically hit up all of 2 street for New Years Day so I was intrigued. Grabbed 40 bucks cash, left my watch and chain on the kitchen counter, and walked out my front door near 4th and Reed and headed right down to the pub. I've probably passed 2 Street Pub 6 times a week since moving into the neighborhood a few weeks ago. I've always seen a solid local crowd there. That's why this spot peaked my interest. I've never had a bad time at a local bar. It was a Tuesday night and unbeknownst to me there was an open mic comedy night in full swing. I walked in, got a few side eyes, from the patrons as it's a locals spot (NOTE* all patrons were dudes so if you're looking to find your next baby mom, keep going south), but ordered my shot and beer ($11 for jamo and coors!!!!) and found a seat in the corner to listen to the stand up. As I laughed at the jokes, the patrons realized I was just there to enjoy myself and the vibe got chill real fast. I did not stop laughing until I had to go home, I'm serious, the line up was very funny with intelligent jokes. The side eyes I referenced before turned into hand shakes and introductions, and were all from the comics who were about to perform; some of which were well versed in stand up, others just giving it their best, who were probably a little nervous about having to perform in front of a stranger because the space is that intimate. Some moments made me feel like I was in a group therapy session where the delivery was based on a need to fulfill a therapeutic goal. That's not a rip on anyone, that's pure expression and it was cool to see. These guys were true artists, it takes guts to get up in front of people and deliver your stuff...no one disappointed. For a corner bar in South Philly on a Tuesday, this was an absolute treat. The bartender was great, I spent $38.00 bucks (including tip) and went home with a belly full of Irish whiskey and beer and some great jokes to tell friends. I'll be going back next Tuesday a little earlier to grab some food but I'm giving this spot 5 stars.
