“Best sandwich I have ever had! I highly suggest the Grilled Chicken with Fresh Mozz and Roasted Peppers. Cute and cozy place with friendly staff and great prices. I will definity be back!“
“We’ve stayed at many luxury hotels, but this property stands out as something truly special. Tucked away in Somerset, NJ—a place we didn’t even realize was just 40 minutes from our home in North Jersey—this hotel offers a world-class experience without the need for a long trip.
From the moment we arrived, the service set the tone. Every detail was seamlessly handled: valet link provided in advance, immediate concierge and bellhop assistance, no waiting at check-in, and a flawless, impeccably maintained property. They even offered an Escalade shuttle to the restaurant so I wouldn’t have to walk in heels—just one example of how thoughtful and guest-centered everything is.
What makes this place ideal is that you never need to leave the property. Whether it’s a quiet retreat for couples or a family-friendly stay, the balance is perfect. Even with many families around, the atmosphere remained serene, and our adult weekend was never disturbed.
The staff made our stay unforgettable. Aiden welcomed us warmly and kept us entertained while our room was prepared. Michele was gracious with our luggage, and Chris went above and beyond—hauling our suitcase to the pool in the heat when our plans shifted from e-biking (my wife couldn’t quite reach the pedals!) to relaxing by the water. At the pool, Paige kept us refreshed with her bright, cheerful energy, making us feel truly spoiled.
Dining was equally memorable. At 90 Acres, our server Corey elevated dinner with thoughtful touches, including a surprise dessert packaged to-go when she noticed how full we were. In the Tavern, Rudy made us feel like old friends, mixing cocktails with care and conversation that made the night.
Every single staff member made us feel valued and cared for, which is rare even in luxury hotels. This property is more than just beautiful—it’s an experience that lingers long after you leave. In fact, it was the first trip where we didn’t take a single photo—we were so present and immersed in the moment that reaching for our phones never even crossed our minds.
For anyone who works a lot and doesn’t have time for a long trip, this is the perfect weekend getaway. We can’t wait to return.“

“We were seated at the table right away as we had an early reservation of 5:30 pm. Water was served right away, and menus were given out. We ordered wine with our meal, which was served right away. We started with Pork Belly, Scallops, and a Bread Basket. A bread basket costing $16 had six mini rolls. Many fine dining restaurants it is at no charge. Cori, our server, was very friendly, attentive, and took the orders at a leisurely pace, which was good. Our Main dishes were Salmon, Pork Chop, and Red Snapper, which all came with some root vegetables. All dishes, including appetizers, were well prepared and seasoned. Both fish items were perfectly cooked and seasoned. We ended with Decaf Coffee (very strong) and Chocolate Cake. One person in our party had her birthday, and they served her with a Raspberry / Chocolate Cake with a lit Candle, which was a nice gesture. Our desserts were outstanding. The noise level was rather high as the evening progressed, but overall, I highly recommend Ninety Acres Restaurant. Just as a side note-there is a $20 Valet parking on the weekend, Fri-Sun. There is a self-parking available at a short walking distance away from the restaurant.“

“I have been to the Pluckemin Inn many times and it is one of my favorites. This time I had a bit of a disappointment. As soon as we were seated, the waiter began rushing us to place our orders because there was an event going on upstairs. As far as I'm concerned, I don't care if an event is going on upstairs and the restaurant's staffing requirements are not my problem. Other than that, the experience was great.“

“We recently had my daughter’s soccer team lunch here on a Sunday afternoon. I spoke with the manager on duty the evening prior and it couldn’t have gone smoother. We had the whole top floor to ourselves. Service was amazing as was the food. We sometimes have issues splitting checks because the girls want to sit together away from their parents but they handled it with ease. I’m still dreaming of the delicious ice cream that was the cherry on top of a great experience.“

It was a little bit noisy at first but as the crowd diminished it was delightful evening. We arrived at 7:30 and left at 9:45. At no time did we feel rushed to leave. The portions were generous and my wife and friends wife both took food home for the next day.“

“I was driving by on my way to another restaurant, and DIG caught my eye - I ended up stopping in for dinner (got the avo grain bowl with salmon) and am so glad I did! They have a variety of hot & cold, fresh, made to order options that are light and bursting with flavor. Menu is very well priced and I appreciate the ability to make your own, as well as picked from some of the chef curated options. Also appreciate the cups of water available. I’ll certainly be back & hope they expand to other locations (especially in northern bucks county PA)!“

“Stopped in by accident and discovered a goldmine. Driving home to Connecticut, I exited 287 to take a break from rush hour. Nothing like a Buffalo pizza to calm the nerves. I was greeted by a friendly host. I requested a seat at a high top in the bar area , so I could people watch and glance at the game on one of the many tvs. I had a great server , his name was Todd. He explained the menu and walked me through the various pizza selections. He not only knew the menu , he was excited discussing the food. I ordered a Buffalo Pie, it was unbelievable. I wish I saved room for dessert , because the choices seemed so delicious. Next time I’m going through town I will definitely come back“

“My stay at Delta Hotels by Marriott Basking Ridge was delightful, but the true gem was their restaurant! Forget overpriced hotel dining - this spot offered delicious, affordable dishes that surpassed any outside option. From the serene atmosphere (thanks to the smaller crowd) to the attentive service and delicious food, every aspect impressed. The hot buffet breakfast was a lifesaver - delicious, varied, and budget-friendly. Skip the tourist traps and treat yourself to this hidden gem. Your taste buds will thank you!“

“Coming here for years. Some food items have gone down in quality, namely the pork chop and mac and cheese. Pork chop used to be really cooked to perfection and moist, however lately it has been dried out and overcooked. Mac and cheese lost the amount of cheese it usually has on it, and noodles were undercooked the previous two times. Must have changed the cooks in kitchen, who knows.“
