“Wow!! This restaurant really impressed me. Went here tonight for dinner with a girlfriend. Service was impeccable and the food was amazing. The yellowfin tuna app was the best I’ve ever had. My scallop entree was flavorful and delicious. My gf also loved her shrimp entree. Loved that instead of bringing your to go bag to your table they give u a number to grab on your way out. A+ all the way. I will be back.”

“We went last night to celebrate NYE at Rosie's... the food was delicious, however we did not get our dinner until 10:45. We arrived at 8:30. In fact, our table was last to receive each course of the meal, and it was just too slow. The bill for 4, with tip, was $650, which is too much to receive such poor service.”

“We have eaten there several times and it is always delicious. We want to give special appreciation to Rachel, your manager, for her special caring and sensitivity to our needs. In today's world, where one struggles, especially if old like we are, to speak to a live human being, when you are able to converse with a person who is actually listening to what you said, this is rare. Add to that delicious fresh food and you have a winner. Tonight we had fresh large shrimps with a most delicious home made cocktail sauce. Fresh crab cakes with a fabulous remoulade, and a chocolate mousse to die for as dessert. We ordered too much and have to save some for tomorrow. We live in town, and are happy to see the names of so many out of town visitors appreciate Chesapeake Tavern.”

“This restaurant is an amazing find! The menu is varied and much of it is reasonably healthy food. The service is attentive enough without being overbearing. There are some outdoor tables for when the weather is nice.

We tried the turkey avocado sandwich and the eggs Benedict. Both of them were amazingly good. The brewed coffee and the cold brew were also excellent.”

“From the moment we walked in, we were treated as if we were sitting in first class. The staff was so attentive to our table even though they were very busy. We were not rushed and enjoyed every savory bit of food that was put before us. They also catered to me being a vegetarian. We finished our meal with the most delicious homemade gelato . if ever given the opportunity, please do not pass this gem of a restaurant up.”

“Coming here for years. Some food items have gone down in quality, namely the pork chop and mac and cheese. Pork chop used to be really cooked to perfection and moist, however lately it has been dried out and overcooked. Mac and cheese lost the amount of cheese it usually has on it, and noodles were undercooked the previous two times. Must have changed the cooks in kitchen, who knows.”

We ate every crumb and drank every drop. Even my eight year old! Go there before these hard working ladies retire. As others said, cash only but you won’t spend too much of it.”

He is honestly an incredible server...friendly, attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and just genuinely enjoyable to have taking care of you. You can tell he really cares about making sure you have a great experience.

The food at Delicious Heights is always delicious, but having a server like David makes the whole visit that much more enjoyable. He truly goes above and beyond and is the kind of server who makes you want to come back.”
