“My husband and friends went the other weekend for dinner. We can’t say one bad thing about Lads Tavern. The entire staff was so welcoming and the service was top notch. We started our evening outside with a cocktail and took in the beautiful views. Then had delicious appetizers followed by an amazing dinner. I am not a desert person but we had several that evening and they were all very good. Thanks for making our evening so special.“

“Not only are the burgers reasonably priced, but they are pretty darn good too. Quick service. Lots of people get take-out but you can et in diner-like setting. You can order burger from the adjacent bar, but not the other way around [no beer in the burger joint].“

We were not rushed and enjoyed every savory bit of food that was put before us. They also catered to me being a vegetarian. We finished our meal with the most delicious homemade gelato . if ever given the opportunity, please do not pass this gem of a restaurant up.“

“We recently had my daughter’s soccer team lunch here on a Sunday afternoon. I spoke with the manager on duty the evening prior and it couldn’t have gone smoother. We had the whole top floor to ourselves. Service was amazing as was the food. We sometimes have issues splitting checks because the girls want to sit together away from their parents but they handled it with ease. I’m still dreaming of the delicious ice cream that was the cherry on top of a great experience.“

This is direct from their menu: ‘Our gourmet burgers are made from the most exquisite blend of 100% grass-fed organic short rib, brisket, sirloin & filet mignon tips basted in homegrown jersey farm butter cooked over an open flame on a buttery, fluffy sweet milk brioche bun made fresh daily for our special burgers & sesame bun for our classic burgers. Served with cole slaw & pickle, upon request.’ When the bill was paid, they questioned where they get this meat from and they were told it’s from ‘a guy from Long Island’. “Luna Rossa is an exceptional restaurant which is run by a loyal and dedicated team under the direction of Adrian. Our first time visiting this establishment was with a party of 10. Adrian took all of our orders including appetizers without writing anything down. The food was delivered to perfection. I am astounded by the diversity of the menu, the ability to switch out sides, the quality and taste of the food. The chefs are talented and cook to delight every palate. “Stopped in by accident and discovered a goldmine. Driving home to Connecticut, I exited 287 to take a break from rush hour. Nothing like a Buffalo pizza to calm the nerves. I was greeted by a friendly host. I requested a seat at a high top in the bar area , so I could people watch and glance at the game on one of the many tvs. I had a great server , his name was Todd. He explained the menu and walked me through the various pizza selections. He not only knew the menu , he was excited discussing the food. I ordered a Buffalo Pie, it was unbelievable. I wish I saved room for dessert , because the choices seemed so delicious. Next time I’m going through town I will definitely come back“

“I went in with the other reviews in mind for my first time there. The place is just as clean as any other bagel store and the employees are NOT touching food with their bare hands. Prices are what you'd expect and the breakfast sandwich I got was enjoyable.“
