“Tacowala is a really great option for large events. Amish was incredibly welcoming and helpful in helping us choose how much and what to order for my guests. We fed 40+ people with the tacowala catering event, it was all correct and greatly organized. I would recommend this to anyone hosting a large party as a great option for vegetarian mexican inspired indian tacos!“

“Really great coffee. I sat here for an hour, enjoyed people watching outside while on a work call.The espresso was perfect. I appreciate that they have mugs, it's nice to drink out of a real cup instead of a paper one.Parking is paid street parking, just a heads up - $1/hr, so be sure to pay the meter.This coffee is pricey, but it's made with quality and I appreciated that.“

“My husband and I love Flounder! We live about 10 minutes away and enjoy visiting year-round. There is a delicious selection of unique beers and some Flounder-brewed sodas, which is great for my NA husband. We love playing the many board games, listening to the great live bands, chatting with the regulars (everyone is so nice), and generally enjoying the rustic chic atmosphere. In the warmer months, Carriage House Farm usually hosts a food truck so you can enjoy fresh food at the brewery. Definitely recommend!“

There's a good variety of baked items and options for breakfast sandwiches. The staff was friendly and helpful, too. “How have I never reviewed a place that I have been going to for YEARS?! Honestly the best ice cream around. I know many have their own opinions on other places within a good radius of Polar Cub, but nothing has ever topped them and I have been to them all! Good price, good portion sizes. I even used to get extras for the dogs (when I had dogs). Nice little seating area as well. My preference here is definitely a good strawberry sundae with Soft Vanilla Ice Cream. Not sure what they do with that, but it tastes amazing. The only downsides I can think of are the parking situation. If it's a busy day, expect to park on the side of Rt. 22. Also, it's cash only.. so be ready with cash on hand! Othe than that, it's a perfect little place!“

“Have been here a few times, most recently for a large group gathering & their Oktoberfest. They have some unique beers and even a hard kombucha-tea. When the weather is warm, their outdoor area is huge and a great spot to hang out. The inside can get packed quick during prime times. The brewery does a lot within the community.“
“I don't know if Mayberry had an ice cream shop in the Andy Griffith show, but if it did it would be called Hi-Tams ice cream. And just like in Mayberry you would get some of the creamiest ice cream, that would be the center of the town's sweet tooth heart. That little walkway out front holds so many memories from generations upon generations of Somerset County residents. And if you get to peek your head inside the little window and see some of the décor on the walls, the old posters, the little television in the corner playing some TV show that nobody can watch because they're always so darn busy... She is very hardworking and she keep entire place clean. I noticed she cleaning all glasses, tables, even nozzles keeping it clean. And most importantly I liked the work ethic and professionalism. She is following up before beer is complete in glass, suggested good drinks and prompt to do-workers ….very much suggested this bar and and also if you get chance talk to her and yoj will be in good hands .. “My wife and I have come to fresh tiki bar several times now. I have had their soft serve vanilla which is out of this world. As well as their Italian cookie which if you like Italian rainbow cookies you owe it to yourself to try at least once. The place is fairly small inside but it does have outdoor seating. The menu is a good size for an ice cream place, they don't have 5 million flavors but when the number gets that high they often get real weird. The fun flavors they do have seam limited and on a rotation, but I think this allows them to provide a higher quality product from what I've had. I'm fairly certain this is a husband and wife team and I have only dealt with the wife, but she is always very friendly and has a general chipper demeanor.This is a great place for a small date night treat or to take the kids and get a little ice cream.“
