“There should be a million stars for this bistro!!!! When this bistro opened about 4 years ago with new owners I gave it a try for some Thanksgiving side dishes. I am a restaurant manager and have been in the food service industry over 40 years and I have to say this gem takes the cake!!!! The food is always fresh and of such great quality. I am picky because no one cooks Thanksgiving as good as my own ( lol) but Jennifer put me to shame. It is so nice to know especially on Holidays working late night hours I no longer have to worry about staying up all night. The salads and sandwiches are amazing for everyday and het homemade desserts are literally to die for!!!! I love that she also offers gluten free desserts in her online holiday menu and in house. Everyone is always so nice too!! The bistro must stay there forever lol“

“Maynor was amazing and you could tell he truly knew what he was doing and genuinely cared about serving us well. The food was fresh and full of flavor, especially the truffle flatbread and the roasted potato ravioli, both simple and delicious in the best way. The apple cider donut with homemade ice cream was super good and felt like the perfect comforting ending. The drinks were great too, especially the spiced pear gin with a really nice balance of ginger and botanicals. Overall it just felt like a warm, welcoming place in Princeton where everything comes together naturally.“

“Love it. The inside feels so fresh so clean, with a giant display case of some fine and divine looking pastries. Seems like they specialize in eclairs.

We ordered ourselves a creme brulee (caramelized on demand by the friendly staff) and an Opera for takeout. Tasty and perfectly sized without being too overbearing or sweet.

My Opera was beautiful. Speckled with gold dust, delicate layers of chocolate, mousse and nutty pastes. So much flavor in each soft spoonful. Exactly what I needed for a birthday treat for myself!“

“Wow! What a perfect meal for my Italian friend and I. Service was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious! We got the Broccoli Rabe Sausage app and the Mussels and Clams Fra Diablo. She got a pan fried Soft Crab special and I got my favorite Eggplant Parmesan. We took dessert home but are too full to eat it. Highly recommend! Great vibes inside and BYOB.“

“There is cafeteria here. Group of 37 people. 30 of them were middle school students from Na-Ju(나주) South Korea. Hungry and tired. Cafeteria staffs were amazing! Lady at register gave us our own check out lane and took orders and it only took 15minutes to feed all 30 hungry middle school students! Food was good. what you can expect from Ivy League. “I love this place, however, yesterday I bought one of my favorite pastries at the store the Kouign Maman. The pastry was hard, I did not even realized how hard it was until I got to my destination. I got one for me and my sister and I was embarrassed on how hard they were. Not sure if they were overcooked or was old and they overheated to sell. Just be careful when you buy this pastry, make sure is fresh. So disappointed because it is my favorite :(“

“First time here and will be back. The ingredients in the combo platter were incredibly fresh. The freshly brewed iced tea was delicious. The white sauce is outstanding-watch the red sauce-it’s delicious but very hot. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They came around to diners offering extra sauces if needed/desired. They also offered samples of a new strawberry soda beverage which was great! Can’t wait to come back and try a gyro.“
