“I recently celebrated a graduation and birthday party hosted by O'Neill's Catering. It was absolutely perfect! The hall was beautifully decorated, spacious, and incredibly clean. The setup was elegant, with thoughtful touches that really brought the celebration to life. Tom was super helpful and easy going and understand everything from my culture. He made suggestions that was super easy and made me feel at ease that all would go smoothly and it sure did. From the entrance décor to the table settings and lighting, everything was done with such care and attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly—they were professional, friendly, and always available when needed. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the venue and the atmosphere. It truly made the day memorable for us and most of all my son.. “We experienced the Dump & Roll food truck at 2SP brewery in Aston PA. We love 2SP’s beers and atmosphere, and they have a great assortment of food trucks Thursday-Sundays. Anyway, Friday night Dump & Roll truck was there, with a super friendly and enthusiastic Peter running it. We got the sampler for 2, which included everything on the menu for a really fair price. Sometimes I’m frustrated with how expensive food trucks can be, but I was really happy with Dump & Roll’s prices. Every dumpling was really good, paired with a sauce for each set. I loved everything, though I didn’t expect the mac & cheese eggroll. It was good, but the least of my favorites, if that makes sense. If you get a chance to try this truck, you won’t be disappointed! The food was great and Peter’s energy was great, so it was a really good experience!“

We had the pleasure of working with Daria, who was absolutely amazing — so kind, supportive, and attentive every step of the way. She made the entire planning process feel effortless, and even without a wedding planner, I felt completely organized and at ease thanks to her guidance.

On the day of, everything exceeded our expectations. Ott, the maître d’, was phenomenal — he orchestrated the entire evening flawlessly, and not a single detail was overlooked. To this day, our guests still tell us it was one of the best weddings they’ve ever attended. They said the venue was beautiful, the food was out of this world and the way the wedding flowed was amazing.

I toured all the Finley and Cescaphe venues before making a decision, and I would choose Ballroom at the Ben a hundred times over. They have catered my daughter’s bridal shower, her post-wedding brunch, shiva, and today was my son’s post-wedding brunch for 70 people. Communication with Kevin is easy and efficient. The food is always delicious. The amount of food is generous and most importantly, the staff is outstanding! I could not recommend The Hart of Catering more. They are a 5-star organization.“

“For my daughter’s wedding we were looking for a wood fired pizza truck. The ones we loved weren’t available and we booked Red Stone Pizza Truck sight unseen. I ran into them later at a food truck festival, introduced myself, and they gave me pizza to try—it was amazing and I breathed a sigh of relief that we chose wisely. Fast forward to June 17, day of wedding, and I was nervous—would people have to wait too long for pizza, did we choose types people would enjoy? Would the bacon wrapped scallops be a hit or miss (you know how that goes). Happy to say that everything was a hit! Jessica was easy to work with and the team there that day was wonderful! No one ever had to wait for pizza, they served it up and had another hot one ready to go. Everyone was so nice and customer service was some of the best I’ve experienced! I had several people tell me how good the pizza was and some even said it was the best pizza they’d ever had! Some said it was the best wedding food they’d ever had! (Even the bacon wrapped scallops were amazing!) I would recommend Red Stone for your food truck or catering needs! Thank you for running things so smoothly and making my daughters day special!!“

About half way through I switched to the house dressing as the honey mustard was sweeter than I could handle. “Had a wedding last weekend using Brulee Catering. We had a sit down dinner for 194 guests, I didn't have high expectations for the food, but I was very wrong. Filet and salmon were selected as entrees and they were delicious. The filet and salmon entrees weren't overdone and they weren't cold. Great job done by Brulee. The appetizers were outstanding also. The guests were very happy eating sliders and then they also got a great meal. I received many compliments on the food that night. Well Done!!!“

They go above and beyond to make sure any event you have catered by them is a wonderful affair. We had my daughter’s Bat Mitzvah with them on 10/27/18 at Alvethorpe Manor/Abington Art Center and they made it amazing! They work with you to ensure that your event is what you envision it to be. Kate Winters in particular worked tirelessly to help us from the first meeting to the actual event. She was always available to answer questions and troubleshoot. I mean always. The woman does not sleep! Everyone raved about the food and the ambiance, as well as the professionalism and friendliness of the servers.
